★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was disappointed in the measuring I had to get done. First off was charged 50% more than told it would cost over the phone, and more than what other locations charged the other people in our group. Measurements were off, had to recheck some.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farhana and her team regularly alter adapted wear wheelchair clothing for me. Their work is consistently well done, reasonably priced and completed reasonably quickly. Their work is often superior to the original workmanship of the clothing. I will continue to take my alteration needs to Stitch It Willowbrook.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog got a hold of my brand new winter coat and I needed to get the zipper repaired, but wasn't sure if it was possible due to the damage. They replaced the zipper and fixed it so that you can't even tell it was ever wrecked!! I'm so happy with the service and they got it done in just under a week when I asked. Great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! Had a dress tightened and once it was tightened.. the lining started to lift at the neck. The seamstress figured out a quick solution and fixed the problem as I waited (5 mins.). Dress fits great!

The lady that helped me not only did an amazing job but had it done in two days so my son was ready and looking sharp. Highly recommend!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here many times for basic tailoring with no problems . The most recent was to customize motorcycle pants to fit my short legs. They were more than happy to accommodate, even though it was something they had never done before. It required moving protective pads so they aligned with my knees, removing a bunch of material and stitching Kevlar. They lady even called me back half way through the alterations to try them on again to ensure everything was going to fit. They went above and beyond and now I have pants that fit like a glove....... Thanks!
