My suit was not even fully clean, didn’t bother going back, I went somewhere else. There are others in the area, avoid this place, they’ll just give you a bad day.

They have coupons available but every time I try to use it, the lady makes a different excuse for why it is not valid even though there are no restrictions written down. If you don't want to discount your services, then simply don't offer coupons in the first place. Avoid this place! You can find other dry cleaning services nearby

Most of the crystals are missing, to the point I can not wear it again. Called her to ask if she by chance kept the crystals while they were falling off and she said I put it in the machine and they must have come off there.

So, lost a star for slightly slower than I wanted, but when we were both unsure it was possible to clean (grime in cuff seams), pretty darn good.

When I took the jeans back to them, they said they can't do anything about it and it's not their fault because they contract their alteration service from an external tailor. Asked me to leave the jeans with them so that they can show it to the contractor and come back a week later. When I went there a week later, they said - too bad, we can't do anything about it. It was an expensive jeans which is now a total waste. They still charged me for the alteration.

Last visit I gave a suit for dry clean & I was given back a torn suit (one inch tear) and the lady said that it torn from before. This was the biggest lie I have ever heard. Will never use this again & would ask everyone to stay away from this laundry. Please check the picture: It says "We love our customer on the hanger" & the experience was totally the opposite.

I tracked down the email address on Google and the owner responded and met me there the next morning to ensure I had the tuxedo on time. It's hard to find this kind of service these days. Highly recommended! Oh and the tuxedo was perfect. Thank you again!!
