★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little bit disappointing! Not the food I mean fish pakora was good but they are taking very long they said 25 minutes I went there after 30 minutes but still I waited there for 15 more minutes! They should improve customer service!

I ordered two chicken tikka, they charged me for both and when I arrived at home and I realized there was only one. They never admitted it was their mistake and I decided to order from somewhere else.
If they cannot handle so many customers they can simply hire more stuff.
Also they don’t even follow COVID-19 protocols, all the customers are 2 feet from each other. No social distancing whatsoever.
I will never order from that place again :/ .
Hopefully it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
I am not sure how to reply to the owner’s comment so I will just edit my own review.
What the owner commented below never happened. FYI you don’t even remember when you spoke to me, but I do and I still have proof. Be mindful of your replies :).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good take out food store but there were two customers inside the store with no masks and the store owner didn't budge at all to ask them to wear a mask or leave the store.
I don't feel safe to order from this store again for me and my family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been a long time customer. They used to make awesome fish pakodas. Sadly , lately their prices are going up and quality is going down. Ordered fish and received soggy, undercooked and big chunks of cod. Pathetic…. I hope the ownership reads this and fix the quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked for karahi chicken , But they give me something else and I have tried lot of karahi chicken in many places but this looks nothing like that and taste is same as there chicken tikka masala. I will never go there for any curry item. 2 nd time disappointment .
