★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found Guninder Hundal to be exceptionally intelligent, knowledgeable and straight forward. He took it all off my hands & secured me a Refinance and enough Down & used it to qualify me for Construction mortgage. Some had earlier denied me for both. I guess it comes down to how smartly you underwrite a deal and I think he is excellent at underwriting and he is so comfortable with numbers. I will highly recommend him to anybody.
