★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give zero ranking if its possible. I called receptionist around 3pm to make sure I will be there around 4pm and are you taking walk in patients today. She said okk you will come. When I reached I was suffering from high fever and headache even I can't eat anything from morning due to food poisoning. She said we were not taking walk in patients any more instead whole clinic was empty ( no other patients were waiting). I am just crying and request her please it takes only 5 minutes and she said no. Please in future understand condition of patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sorry but if you can't man up and actually see patients you need to no longer be a dr. I woke up unable to see in one eye due to and infection. I walked to the clinic they had a sign on the door saying to plz call first. Called and I was told if the dr has time he will call me later today. Yeah great medical service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend ever going to this walk-in clinic if you expect decent customer service from the front desk, and actually want to see a doctor for something as basic as needing a prescription filled. They do not care about their patients. They gave my mom a time frame of 30 mins, and 45 minutes later, refused to answer our phone calls when the secretary could clearly see us standing outside the door and knocking. Then, when we finally did get to speak to the doctor, they didn't even give the prescription to the Walmart pharmacy to fill. Instead, they closed early at 5pm when their hours posted are until 6pm without even informing us. We went to the pharmacy who told us they never received the prescription. Coming here is a complete waste of time, the people who work there are very unprofessional and their customer service is non-existent. NEVER coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely rude receptionist. She hang up on you while you are explaining things to her. She had not done it once but other times as well to my other family member.
I don't understand how they are a walk in clinic when they are fully booked for the next several days every time we call

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went there. It says call number to book appointment. It goes straight to a voice-mail that is full. No wonder there's nobody in there. Knocked on the door she just points to the sign and puts her head down. Seems like the receptionist likes sitting there doing nothing. How are you taking appointments when the mailbox is full. How is it that there's nobody in there?
