★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large portions, ask for extra bowls to share. Tasty food. Friendly staff. No wonder it is usually packed. Must try the chicken wings - crispy and juicy. The marinated grilled pork was also a stand out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a bubble tea and the menu price was 4.95. They charged me 6.10$. When I asked how it totals to 6$ they said the menu price is old and not updated. What an excuse to rip people off. You show something and then you pay more. Not going back again.

Barely any acknowledgement or eye contact. Feel like they want you out asap or can't be bothered with you, feels terrible.
Really good food. But terrible interaction with the staff. They need to learn people skills.
Eye contact, and politeness.
The good food will draw you in but make you hesitant about revisiting.
I waited 10 minutes to be seated and even longer to be served and I've gone here for years but as a treat.
But the people skills are atrocious and I used to work in the industry and say I'd rather have good food. This is a 60%50
Due to how cold and unwelcoming and how unappriciated you feel after tipping even 25 or 30%
Terrible to say but their more attentive to people of their own background...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 minutes away from my house and I just recently discovered it was 5 minutes from my house! Now I’m a regular. Very good broth, many options on the menu, the house special is my go-to. Bubble tea is pretty good as well! Service is great and many precautions taken for Covid safety. Overall would definitely recommend this place.

Great service and food as always.
Had the #14 house special with everything on it. Don't need to get the large bowl as the portions here are pretty big as is. Broth was clear but, still had a nice flavour to it. Fatty brisket was awesome too.
This place also have deep fried wontons and these are one of my favorites. Not a lot of places in Surrey have these. Very crunchy and these are piping hot. Comes with a sweet chili sauce.
Spring rolls are super crunchy and packed with filling. Comes with a vinegar style sauce. Always get this everytime we come here.
Tried their strawberry milk tea. Not too bad.
