β β β β β Really nice guy, gave me and my friend and good deal on a ssd, and he even gave us free thermal paste and cords. Honestly would shop there in the future and will be my go to computer store. Would recommend to anyone who does not know much about pc's like me, he was a huge help.

β β β β β Went here when I thought all was lost! Black Lab was able to recover all my files/photos from and old PC, and revive my latest PC which had suffered from the βblack screen of deathβ.
Owner kept me updated throughout the processes and the price was excellent for all the work done. Would not go anywhere else. Highly recommended for anyone within the LMD. Worth the drive for the service!

β β β β β Very shady businessman. They say they fixed our computer but did little to nothing, gave it back to us, and we had to learn, just when we had gotten it set up, that it wasn't Infact fixed and the computer dies leaving us to fix up the mess.
He will get the cheapest parts off of Craigslist, undercut the person he is buying it from, then sell it at a premium, installed by his underpaid and overworked employee.
At the end of the day Keith will always find pride in fixing computers to make the most money possible, while undercutting and/or overcharging every person he does business with.
Also, there are so many good reviews on this page because he says that he will give you a 'good deal' if you leave a good review. Don't trust reviewers that only have one or two reviews on their profile, they most likely just gave a good review to get a 'good deal'

You really feel like your tech needs are taken care of here, which is so important if you depend on it for your livelihood. Will definitely be my go-to for all repairs and issues, plus will never buy from big box stores again. Can't wait to get my next SSD here, they have an excellent selection of refurbished hardware. β β β β β This place is truly amazing and so are his staff.
The CPU on my gaming PC was overheating like crazy and after my own failed attempt at trying to resolve the issue, I decided to take it in here for a professional service. Keith did wonders and had new (and better) cooler installed quickly with a reasonable price. Now my CPU is running much cooler with no issues.
Iβd say this place is as honest as it gets and I would definitely recommend anyone with a computer related issue to come here. I know for sure where Iβll be headed if something ever happens again.
