★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a bit of a mixup with my laptop where the wrong ssd was in my computer and I didn't realise it until it died 4-6 months later (depending on when it was installed) but PCPlus was really good to me and they gave me a new WD_BLACK sn770 SSD. Even better than my previous one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off a macbook for a screen replacement. Paul was not able to repair the screen after three attempts and keeping the laptop for a whole month. He returned it to us with additional hardware damage, lying and saying it has software issues. He offered us $70 dollars under the guise of "good faith/customer service", when in reality the repairs are closer to $200. He won't take responsibility and cover the costs to repair the connector he broke.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to start by saying that PC Plus is the go to place when you are trying to get things done on high caliber at the no time, which is the situation where the help is really needdd,
(now if you have the time to wait and the budget to pay than you might consider other alternatives).
I'm writing this review as a small thank you to Paul whom accommodated me early in the morning, fixed my workstation, and in the same evening my project was delivered and my client is happy, all that in very reasonable cost.
Paul at the very next day was operating my work station remotely to finish setting it up for me..
I feel safe now that he is one click a way with the remote help option.
I'm so glad I met him, so grateful for his help, and genuinely highly recommending him to all of you.
