★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to him for help over a month ago and felt like he didn't do much for me. I explained to him my issues with my computer and what I thought it was and it never ended up being fixed after I picked it up. I followed up with him but he never responded. Overall just not feeling like I was supported and wished I had went to someone else but this guy was close and was hoping for an easier fix I guess.
My suggestion would be to go to this guy knowing exactly what you want fixed or done. His diagnosis isn't very good or it could've been me. Who knows?
