★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seemed very understaffed for a busy Saturday afternoon with a Sale in full swing. Didn't have what I wanted in my size after I'd waited at the counter for quite some time and I didn't fancy going to look for an alternative and having to wait again. Went down to SoftMocs and found the Sketchers I was looking for, got prompt service and a great price! The Sketches store needs to rethink it's customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Skechers products. Fantastic and lasting. Sadly, I find the service at the Chinook Mall location always lacking. We were not greeted and did not receive service in a timely fashion - even though we were the only people in the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cashier on tonight was super friendly and helpful!! I thought it was my feet that were stinky but I've never had the issue in the past. Turns out as soon as you get the memory foam wet it will absorb any kind of smell and make it worse. Also I have been having issues with sketchers slip ons with the plastic in the heel breaking and hurting my feet and she said if you hold on to your receipt and contact the customer service care people they will help you with getting a new pair or store credit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store! Really friendly staff, they'll go out of their way to help you and they even measured both feett, which I don't think I have done since junior high. They even have this thing called arch fit- the manager therr was super friendly and they're the comfiest and most supportive shoe I've ever worn. Thanks so much!
