★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to award the rare “six stars” to this establishment. Quality and service, service, SERVICE!!! Bought a suit and shirt and shoes and belt with no knowledge of clothing or fashion. Just walked in and Brad took care of EVERYTHING. He obviously has tons of experience because he quickly picked out all needed items to combine into a million dollar outfit. It was so painless! It seems like they actually care about the customer here because they were all very attentive. Can’t find any flaws.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an exceptional experience working with Jeffrey Lin to get outfitted for my wedding this fall. Here are a few things that stood out for me about Jeffrey:
1. As someone who does not often wear a suit, I found Jeffrey's knowledge and experience invaluable. He took my general ideas about what I wanted and quickly synthesized them into a coherent picture. In several instances, he suggested changes to my original vision - while I was skeptical at first, once I tried things on it always turned out that Jeffrey was right. No guesswork required and so much more efficient than if I was on my own! I appreciated Jeffrey's style throughout the process: although always personable, he is also honest and direct. He wants to make sure you look your best, even if it means suggesting alternatives to your ideas. And all done without a hint of condescension, 100% about education.
2. Over the course of several appointments, Jeffrey was always well prepared when I arrived. Building on the previous visit, he would have items laid out in advance to start on the next step in the process. This personalized service really made me feel valued as a customer, and once again made things more efficient.
3. Even after everything had been purchased, Jeffrey continued to provide outstanding service. 3 days before the wedding, I noticed something that was not quite perfect (my fault). I texted Jeffrey and he got me in to the store right away. True to form, when I arrived he had already identified potential solutions and he quickly had the issue resolved. This incident underscored Jeffrey's genuine commitment to making my wedding day as perfect as possible.
In summary, I highly recommend Jeffrey's services. I look forward to working with him again in the future. Thanks Jeffrey!

Its Harry Rosen and none of you know how to dress?!?!?!??!? This is shocking!!!!!! When you get a certain employee that has style and class with an amazing attitude then I will be back and also a little Swag too like has to be NBA level baller got it?!?!?!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably one of the worst designer mens stores I've been to anywhere in the world. If you're dressed in unbranded clothing they don't even say hi to you. Come wearing a Gucci jacket and they're all over you like a cheap suit. Been to this store a few times and only ever left with socks because why would we let somebody earn commission off us because we have no choice but to buy from them? You can buy everything they sell online and have a wider selection. Free returns online too from most designer outlets. Why leave your house to come here to receive the same customer service a brick wall gives you? If you need custom suits go to downtown Harry Rosen. Their associates are not as bad, and once you find one that suits your personality you'll probably get along great. These ones at Chinook think we need them when in fact retail is dying because of people like them. You would never get this service in Vegas, New York, London, Milan... not sure why here they think they're above everyone that's dressed not to impress. If you wanna work in what's branded as a high end store then you probably want to leave your low level street manners at the door. You might make more money. 0/5 would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently placed an order for a ($700) suit for my son. When it arrived (a week later than expected and promised) the salesman tried to convince us that the defective sleeve (see photos) was not a defect in workmanship, but rather a normal feature of this suit and even tried suggesting that my son's left shoulder could be the real reason. My son then tried on several other blazers in the store to demonstrate that this suggestion was incorrect. While shipping delays and even defects in workmanship can be understood, there is no justification for an attempt to sell a clearly defective item.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone who enjoys suit shopping, this Harry Rosen has become my all time favorite place to go to. Time and time again, staff have been very professional, friendly and helpful.
I am leaving these 5 stars for Brad, who has provided me with some of the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. Great fashion advice and expertise. I look forward to showing off my new suit.
