★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've seen Dr. Rahim Rhemtulla at Chinook Eyecare for my kids, and have had really great service! He's detailed and explains everything so great, takes the time to answer any questions you have and makes sure you are well informed. The prescriptions we've got work fantastic, no issues with that at all. The staff are all super friendly and kind. Would definitely recommend to others

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was great! Reception were friendly and efficient. I arrived 10 late, but was able to see the optometrist very soon after arrival. Dr. Rhemtulla was great as well, very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall an excellent experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for the most part. The staff are super friendly and well mannered. My only complaint would be that the selection for glasses and sunshades are a bit limited, but maybe I'm just overly picky. Plus these guys always have awesome deals going on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every staff works there is very cool. We were stumbling upon finding the clinic at the mall, so we were 10 mins late. But the receptionist didn't bother about that which was very surprising for me. Another side Dr. Du was amazing. She explained every part of the exam and her analysis about future potential hazards shows her professionalism and care about her patients. Kudos to you Dr. Du. The first-time experience became memorable and I glad to found the best eye care for my future visits. Highly recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best optometrist I've been to. All my previous appointments at different optometrists left me feeling like my vision wasn't perfect, but here at Chinook eyecare, I left feeling brand new! Destiny at the front desk was so helpful and took care of everything for us, and Dr. Du has been the best optometrist I've ever had. She was really patient with making sure I had the right prescription and checked my color blindness when some optometrists forget. Everything went smoothly and I honestly can't see myself going to any other optometrist after this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received excellent and speedy care from staff. Dr Rhemtulla explained his diagnosis and treatment clearly and answered all my questions. I really appreciated his expertise. Reception was friendly, efficient and able to squeeze me in as a walk in patient. Would highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another fantastic visit. I have always felt that Chinook Eyecare is a very professionally run operation. The front desk receptionist is always friendly, polite and great at what she does. The optometrist is thorough , well experienced with great communication skills. I know exactly what is going on throughout the entire appointment and the purpose of each particular exam that is being performed. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family!
