★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in for an adjustment on a recent pair of glasses I purchased from Pearle Vision and thought I would also bring some pair of sunglasses for adjustments. Kiran was very friendly and helpful and was able to repair my sunglasses fast even tho they were not originally from the store itself. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience at Pearl Vision located in Chinook mall. Dr. Rahim is very kind, professional and knowledgeable. He’s extremely thorough and takes the time to explain everything about my eye exam. They have many selections of glasses/sunglasses which I had a hard time choosing because everything is pleasing to my eyes lol. Thank you, Kiran! She’s so sweet and helpful. She was very patient with me and helped me choose the right frame and sunglasses for me. I would recommend this place to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving 5-stars, but depending on who is helping you can easily rate poorly. My great experience is with Rod, I have been a customer of this store for such a long time and I know Rod will exceed my expectation, If not for him i’d look for another shop. The manager of this branch is so rude and not very helpful answering questions, she just want to get rid of you quickly. Just considering her customer service support I would rate it 1-star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked into the store after breaking my glasses. Rod was great to work with I spent a good couple hours making my decisions and walked away with 4 pairs of glasses and 2 sunglasses. I had a trip to the states in 1 week, I asked if I could get at least one pair ready for the trip. They called the day before my trip and had all 6 pairs ready to go! Can’t thank Rod and the entire team that worked on this to make it happen. You guys are amazing!!!

Kiran is very nice and patient to help adjust the frame to the best comfort for wearing and provided great suggestions in the meanwhile too. Will definitely be back again if needs further pairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at LensCrafters to pick out some safety CSA safety frame glasses. The services was not great for they just drop a box of glasses and said “here you go pick want you like”. Horrible customer service. I walked out and went to Pearle Vision which was not far few stores down.
At Pearle Vision the staff was super friendly and was able to help me with my need for safety glasses frame. The sale representative showed me wide variety of frames and new frames 2021. The store manger was also super friendly and process my employees safety insurance claim with no problem.
Highly recommended shop here for your vision need such as frames, lens or both. Customer service is Fantastic! I have no problem giving my business to them and recommend my colleagues for their safety glass needs.
FYI. Pearle Vision have a very good warrant system. They will replace your frame and lens any Wear & tear or damage with no question ask. Great warrant.
