I'm surprised the rating is as low as it is. I've been in there 4 or so times in the last 6 months and found the staff great. I went in on Black Friday to upgrade my phone but Virgin's system was down. It was my only day off that week so I waited. Took a few hours (not the staff's fault at all) but in that time the everyone working chatted and joked around with me. They've always been upfront and down to earth, especially Alex, who I seem to wind up dealing with the most. I rarely make reviews, but as a 10+ year vet of the customer service industry, I felt credit was due. Don't blame the staff for something you don't like about the company.

I’m really not a fan of this location. My fiancΓ© and I were in recently to have his phone sent off for fixing since it wouldn’t turn on without being plugged in. The rep we dealt with, Daymion, would not listen to a word that was being said regarding the issue. He brought up water damage more times than I could count without proof of water damage. We can explained that it hasn’t been dropped in water, ect so that would be extremely unlikely. We were in the store FOR AN HOUR. Between him constantly checking the phone for diagnosis and not being able to transfer data to the loaner. This morning I called and spoke to Daniel regarding an upgrade to an iPad. All he advised was that they didn’t have one. Did not offer to check elsewhere and did not offer another device. I find that it’s like pulling teeth get anyone in this location to do anything. They are dismissive and come off quite lazy.

I had an excellent experience at this Virgin Mobile all thanks to the great staff, competitive pricing, and especially due to the way associate Jack went above and beyond to assist me in starting with Virgin through finding the perfect plan for me, answering all my questions and demonstrating his in-depth knowledge. Thank you guys, would definitely recommend this location!

Never buy anything from this store. I bought new Iphone and they didn’t give me a charger and headset.They said for the new Iphone12 the apple doesn’t give charger and headset together. Even the charger is not the same other iphone’s.So they convinced me to buy it.I had to pay. It was supposed to be free when you buy a new phone. They are cheaters,careless and rude!!! Think twice before you buy something in this store.Now I want my money back!!! And I will get it!!! I will also use social media power like trustpilot.You will reach me out and pay me back!!

Visited here to day with my sister. She had to get a new phone but the gentleman at store exused after she refused the the extra protection saying she didn't need it. He recommended she go shopping else where and compare prices, check out Bell your sister company. She was not please and I don't blame her. After comparing prices and not finding any good offers. (She shouldn't have had to anyhow.) She enter the store, with me in toe and the gentleman she was with before was still at front cash. He did not look please that she came back nonetheless, someone else. She proceed to explain why should she have to get a protection plan when she didn't want it. During the entire exchange he was void of expression and very flat voiced. Definitely not happy to see us again. It is understandable that your company my be commision based but it is not a good impression to refuse a customer when they they are having obvious trouble with their phone. In the end she got a new phone and didn't get the protection plan. But she shouldn't have been refused at first visit. Please go over your customer service guidelines with your crew. I get its a tough time for all of us, which is why it most important to treat others with the respect and dignity you wish to recieve. Thank you for helping her today, we are long time customers and want to keep a good relationship with the company. So, I encourage that (I reiterate) please go over your customer service guidelines and ediquette. Thank you for your time today.

We had a wonderful experience with Jacky, who was able to help my elder mom switch phones. He was knowledgeable, flexible, and got the switch completed in spite of some challenges (which were outside his control). Jacky showed great problem solving and was extremely courteous. We are so grateful for the support.

Do NOT attend this location. I waited in line for 15 minutes and it turns out it was the wrong line up. The line up was for the currency exchange place beside virgin mobility, but the line up goes across the front of the virgin store. When I told the rep about this he told me there’s nothing he can do and when I asked him to tell his manager he told me his manager already knows so I went and grabbed his card the manager bryce way obviously does not know how to manager a store front. You cannot have a line up completely blocking your store front and confusing customers this is ridiculous. If anyone in head office of virgin wants to contact me I have photos of this line up across the virgin store front. Busy season is upon us and I cannot imagine what that line up will look like and confuse more customers! No wonder no one goes to virgin and why they seem like they have no clients. PS: Under their store has many other cellphone companies and other companies that also sell virgin mobility. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I have been a Virgin client for 3 years and I have nothing but good things to say because the sales associate Jacky made everything easy for us. My husband and I were with Bell Mobile and paying too much. Visited Kumar at bell and he recommended I see Jacky at chinook location as he could not do any better deals. Since visiting Jacky we have gotten new phones from him twice and it is always easy and good deals. He answers all of our questions at the time of the meetings and we call in or drop in periodically to get more help and he is always understanding and accommodating. Nowadays sales associates are always kicking customers around but he is very good with customer service and straight to the point. I cannot recommend Jacky anymore as he just helped us last week yet again with transferring some data from different phone even though we did not buy anything at the time. If you are coming to get a phone make sure you ask for Jacky; I will always go back to him and hope he will working here in foreseeable future for our next phones. Thank you very much Jacky, I hope you and your admins see this not sure how google maps reviews work. May & Ken
