I you are travelling out of Country, Don't us Shaw mobile sim card. It was the most expensive that we paid for in Europe (Spain). We bought the package "100MB International Roaming Pass" that finished second day. So We paid 30 CA $ and then we bought Local sim card.

Great superfriendly helpful staff, with techbent savvy. Shaw really setup good here, it's their home turf & it shows in the pride they have taken to setup a wonderful one stop shop for all comm needs.

I have been a shaw customer for a long time. Decided to get a phone from mobile shaw. Big mistake, make sure you read all the fine print. There are extra fees added in for activating a line and additional fees when getting a phone. We ended up paying a total of $933 for a pixel 6 where you can instead buy one directly from Google for $838.95. Coverage is spotty, extra silly fees, stick with Telus.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! The guy that was supposed to help us was so rude, his name was Jay i think. He didn’t give us a chance to speak and kept on talking with nonsense. To be able to fix something you have to LISTEN to the customer first what the problem is. We didn’t even last for 10 minutes because he was so RUDE that we had to drive to a different location. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

My parents switched over from Telus 6 months ago. Their customer service phone people need to be retrained. From sending incorrect parts and missed service calls, to not booking service calls yet telling you they have, and sending you to their stores to pick up equipment that the stores dont stock. One problem after another. Does anyone stay after their contracts expire???!!!

I visited Shaw Chinook with a view toward cutting my monthly costs for phone snd cable internet after I had paid out my Fido phone. I received excellent help from agent Bea, who was both friendly and professional. She was able to increase my cable from Gig+300 to Gig+500 whilst simultaneously cutting my cable cost from $100 to $79 per month. She also moved me from Fido to Shaw Mobile, and in so doing cut my phone cost from $50 to $25 per month whilst again increasing my mobile data from 1G/mo to 3G/mo. There was a new service fee of $45, but I'll recoup that in the first month, and save about that amount every month thereafter. Overall, needless to say, I was most pleased with the service from Shaw.

I was able to get a wonderful service at this shaw location at the Chinook mall. The representative attending my request for updating my account was very helpful and friendly fast. I was able to complete my request in a quick and secure manner. Bravo to all the staff at Chinook location.

Won't allow removal of services, just additions. Not a independant location thing, company wide supposedly. I went in wishing to cancel my TV plan and was told I couldn't do so in person in store and that I had to contact a rep on the phone instead. Guess I'll be waiting on hold for hours to cancel all services instead. The person who served me in person was well mannered and a fine representative of the company, but Shaw itself has become too big of a joke to attempt to deal with. I will be exchanging all my services ASAP and recommend no one deal with them.
