I'm really sad to say - I will never shop at this boutique again. The short version is, I've had primarily negative experiences with the sales staff here. I've shopped at luxury boutiques across the world and never in my life have I had such disappointing customer service. The first time I shopped at this location, I wanted a pair of combat boots, the SA pulled them from the stock room and I was on my way - not bad. The customer service was just... average? No connection, no product knowledge, it was just transaction based - if that makes sense. The second experience I had, I was looking to purchase a specific handbag and key holder - I contacted my SA, made an appointment and the day of, I realized I was running late and made sure to text him and let him know I would be about 10-15 minutes. By the time I arrived at the store, he was helping another customer - which was totally understandable. But I ended up waiting about 45 minutes and then ultimately walked up to someone else who wasn't busy and just asked if I could order the items because I had somewhere else to be that afternoon and quite frankly, if Im looking to spend that kind of money - I don't want to sit around and wait for a sales associate. The third and final time that I went to this location, I had attempted to text the SA I had been working with to order my fiance a pocket organizer for Christmas. After sending three text messages that he never responded to and waiting about a week, I ended up just ordering the item online. Once it arrived, I wanted to have his initials hot stamped on the inside. I didn't have an appointment, so someone else was helping me this time. To be fair, she was lovely - but I showed her the size of hot stamping that I had on the bag I was carrying and asked for the pocket organizer to be stamped in that size (its the second smallest one). The SA told me to come back in about 20 minutes and it should be ready to go. When I picked it up, I put it in my purse (my fiance was in the mall at the same time and I didn't want to risk running into him and ruining the surprise) and checked the item when I got home. She hot stamped it with the LARGEST size. It looks absolutely ridiculous and I've attempted to go through customer service and the location in Vancouver to have it fixed, but of course - no luck there. If I'm being completely transparent, I think that the customer service at Louis Vuitton has gotten drastically worse over the years. It's wildly obvious that the level of training staff receive is not to the same calibre as brands such as Dior or Fendi. I was so excited that Calgary has a stand alone LV but given that every experience I've had has left me feeling like I wish I had shopped somewhere else - I don't think I'll be returning.

I have had consistently bad service here. The first poor service was when I had to have a purse repaired due to manufacture issue. I was told the purse had to be sent to California and would be 4-6 weeks. I called after 2 months, they didn’t know what was going on.. apparently a change in manager & I fell through the crack. It took 4 months to get my purse back. 2nd time was for a small repair where the SA tried to waive fees but didn’t know how to do it. When I picked up the purse, nothing on my file so they had to track the SA and call the manager which took a long time while I stood made to feel so uncomfortable that I would have rather just paid for the repair & leave! 3rd was when I received an invitation to visit on Mother’s Day weekend and receive a gift. So I went in to buy my mother a Mother’s Day present. I asked about the offered gift & mentioned the invitation. The lady next to me was given a gift. SA tells me because she is a VIP & spent maybe over 50K. Yeah, right…. Then she says no, she is wrong & maybe it’s by lottery & maybe I will be selected for a gift on Father’s Day??!!? I knew this wasn’t true. This SA insulted my intelligence & didn’t know what she was talking about. Maybe I wasn’t dressed right or looked like I didn’t have money….? Very very poor service. I’ve never had this kind of service in any other LV stores in other cities& countries in the 20+ years of being a customer. Just awful.

We love popping into this LV store as Ann works here. She beams with a big smile when she sees us everytime. She is very welcoming and helpful. Becuase we have a good rapport with Ann, we tend to prefer working with her. She also calls us when new and hot items come in. In the past, she has found us some great products and given us lunar new year red envelopes. She even remembers our kids and offers water to them. Great customer service from her which represent the Louis Vuitton brand well.

The store is just beautiful with a wonderful selection and very kind staff. In particular, Luna was exceptionally helpful. She was prompt, kind, efficient but also patient. I am so grateful for her friendly nature and expert knowledge in the products and the company as a whole. Truly made the experience that much more enjoyable.

Find SA Ploy Khuanchanthuek, she is super helpful, know what you need and make great recommendations, super patient, and happy to bring every bag for you to try on. It's Friday when we randomly stopped at this mall in calgary. We left mobile number to the store security and about 10 mins wait we got into the store. After telling Ploy what I'm looking for, she showed me the cute Dauph.mini which I really like and ended up bought this one, although I also spent so many times and tried other bags after I saw Dauphine. I also really love the new wave chain bag that Ploy brought me to try on. But at the time of making the purchase and checking the bag, Ploy noticed that the bag has some little press scratches on the surface during the shipping, and for responsibility she unfortunately cannot sell a bag like this to me. And that's the only new wave bag they have in stock on that day but we have to leave AB next day. What a bummer. But to be honest, I'm impressed by that attitude. Overall it's a enjoyable experience to me! And thanks to the responsible, kind, patient and professional sa Ploy?

The host at the door was great. He was patient and nice. Didn’t have the chance to grab his name. I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with my SA Luna. She was super friendly and knowledgeable, and she gave me great suggestions when I told her what kind of bags I was looking for. Also very impressed by the collection of perfumes Louis Vuitton has now, and Luna definitely picked the one that I loved. Recommend!!!

During my first visit I met Francis, who showed me around the store and asked me if there was anything I liked. Though I was interested in a wallet/cardholder, he was glad to show me various products for me to see and hold. He was patient, helpful, and didn't pressure me in any way. He made a great first impression. I made a few visits back to make sure I really wanted the product I was looking at; during each visit, I asked for Francis and he showed the same great care as he did the first time I went to the store. I finally got a cardholder on my third visit and enjoyed the entire experience. I highly recommend asking for Francis to help you out with your shopping. He's attentive, patient, and considerate. Thank you, Francis!

I had an awesome first time buyer experience here. My SA Jessica was very patient when I’m trying to narrow down my choices. She also made sure the cardholder I got was free of any damage! I honestly didn’t see the flaw until she mentioned it. I got a bag and a cardholder, so happy with my purchase!
