★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to buy my granddaughter a gift card since Aritzia was on her Xmas wish list. I am usually not crazy about teenager choice of clothing but this store "rocks"! The customer service was dreamy and all the employees that served us were impeccable. Five stars service from young people? I was not surprised the store is impressive. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give zero stars I would. I have a trip coming up, I’m leaving tomorrow and I went in person to aritzia chinook and looked for some items I needed. This girl with brown hair ended up helping me out and finding the items for me. I told her I wanted them ordered in with my size and because she knew that I was in a hurry she told me multiple times she would do express shipping to the store for me. She was very helpful and assured me like 10 times she would make it speedy because I kept asking to make sure. She handed my clothes off to this tall blonde girl with a braided pony to check me out. We paid and thought it was all good. I haven’t received a call or email so I called to make sure and I was told that when you ship to store you can’t do express shipping ?? literally no one told me that and both ladies told me they would do it. So I don’t know who messed up but like it’s literally not that hard to get right. I was so kind on the phone and instead of like maybe giving me a discount for me having like zero clothes to wear on this trip they just said “yaaa sorry”. Customer service sucks but I like their clothes so it’s a win lose situation. Don’t know how two people can tell me they can express ship to store and the be told they can’t express ship to store. I would understand if it was a miscommunication but there’s no way they can say it 10 times and have it be a miscommunication. Sucks :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying on clothes here is a frustrating experience because there are no mirrors in the fitting rooms. This does not make sense to me at all. It's uncomfortable, and super annoying that the employees try to push and say something looks good, when it clearly doesn’t. Do better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier this month, I purchased a pair of leather gloves. My first Aritzia purchase. I returned home and realized the gloves had been damaged from the attached security device. I returned to exchange them, and was greeted by Logan who did not hesitate to place an order for the gloves to be shipped to my house from the factory totally free of charge. Not only is Logan highly skilled in customer service, but she is truly working in the right industry. I found a coat that I liked, but wasn’t sure how to tie it elegantly. Logan gave me a lengthy tutorial right there in store, and once I had it down I fell in love with it. Sale closed. Logan mentioned she studied fashion in London, which explains her technical skill, but truly it was her unmatched customer service that transformed me from an Aritzia skeptic to customer.
Corporate and Chinook management, I hope you promote Logan to a training role. Logan could add a lot of value as a corporate trainer or director.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were helpful but didn't seem sincere in the slightest. Clothing seems outrageously priced for very plain/basic items. Also, no mirrors in the fitting rooms made my experience worse. I had to walk out (while already being self conscious) to see how an outfit looked. There were a lot of items in the store but it still didn't seem like a large variety. Almost everything looked the same with slight variations here and there. All priced much higher than they seem worth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd rather eat my toe jam then shop at this Aritzia, the employees bombard you like you are the last piece of meat in a dog pen. Not to mention, the most fake girls Ive ever met, we know you are just in it for the commission, you ain't fooling anyone. The fact that I could make clothing the same as you sell, except the difference is I wouldn't mark the price up by $250.
