β β β β β I went to store (Chinook) to buy shoes two asian stafs(a Man and a lady probably from Philippine ) in the store weren't welcoming and didn't help us and deliberately avoided. It was very disappointing for us.They are very cunning and discriminatory and wonβt serve you if you are not a certain type and you are from other part of Asia. I hope the management will solve this kind of issues and prevent future incidents.

β β β β β I went to store today to get a gift for my wife around 3 PM, the lady in the store wasn't welcoming and didn't help me get what i want, i went to the same store last summer and still remember her giving me cold service, i thought she might had a bad day, but today it was the same way.
Anyway, the store was good with a variety of selection but her way give me not a very good impression.
The winter boot is little tight for my wife, I will go tomorrow to return it, and get different size from different location.

β β β β β This location have a good selection for toddler and kids sketcher and boots. The sale assistant are helpful and because of covid they do not have a sizing measurement out for kids so be aware. They have a large range of pricing from different brands.

The employee put my phone number wrong when I ordered in store, never got my shoes, no email confirmation, and then when I complained they were just not nice at all!!! You guys need to work on your customer service!!

β β β β β Terrible customer service! Incompetent staff and lazy. I went in with a gift receipt to get a lower size of Birkenstocks. They told me they had 0 in stock and Deerfoot SoftMoc has inventory. I went to Deerfoot SoftMoc only to find out Chinook actually did have four in the size I needed. No one in SoftMoc Chinook has any idea whats going on and the the manager Silvia is disorganized and has no grasp on when the store receives products. Avoid this location at all costs. If I could give zero stars I would. I understand they are extremely busy but rushing customers and telling them false information just to help other customers is unacceptable.
