★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better styles here than at Penningtons. The prices here are so crazy that I end up leaving without anything. Did manage to find something this time in the very back on sale. Wanted these cute shorts but for $70, thats way too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't order from @Torrid online, because if it doesn't fit your get reimbursed but not for the shipping! Which they state its hassle free returns, but paying for return shipping seems like a hassle to me.
I went into the store to purchase my jeans, they fit perfectly. Just a little short, I ordered a longer pair that matched the size and description I tried on instore. They were smaller in size. So I decided to return them. And was never reimbursed for the return postage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store at Chinook was clean, well stocked and easy to navigate. The staff didn't greet me until my third lap around the store. They weren't overly friendly at checkout either, when I came to use my birthday reward. I'll likely drive all the way to the Crossiron store next time and avoid this one, as it was an uncomfortable experience. Which, is unfortunate, as I love Torrid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gone downhill…..this is the nicest way to put it. Staff used to be helpful and friendly. Now, if they acknowledge you at all they’re rude and condescending. Items very from store to store on price but this one, even their ‘clearance’ section isn’t much cheaper than regular price. Selection on sizing is disappointing if you’re a 00-1 (in torrid size). Also, they give you a hard time if you have any rewards (example - I had the $20 birthday reward but was told I could only use it if I was purchasing a bra as that was the sale).

I freaking love your store. I spend way way too much money there everytime I go!! But for the love of God, can you please get some hangers that your clothes don't fall off of constantly. I'd like to introduce you to some awesome things called 'felt hangers'. Trust me, they are life changing.
