This place is fantastic... the product is feminine, classy and tasteful but it’s the experience these ladies create that have made me come back to shop! Very effortless type of connection, it’s wonderful to see such genuine interaction. If I could rate higher than 5, I would!

amazing customer service at this store! I had some complications at check out but the supervisor at the time & Destiny helped me out patiently. very good selection of coats, party dresses & accessories! I would highly recommend this store

Woud not even give this a one star. Terrible customer service like the other reviews there were no interaction at all. Given no attention like we didnt existed. But for those who look the part that can afford a piece from them, they all went like crazy to grab the sale. You should not just a book by its cover.

Extremely disappointed. I love the clothes but the customer service was beyond abysmal. I was practically ignored the entire time and the lady at the counter made a bunch of very rude remarks while checking me out. I’m not a stickler for old school conventions around customer service but that interaction was downright disrespectful.

Purchased a very expensive coat here and within a few months of wearing it, the material was pilling all over. The design is beautiful but they use poor quality material. I dont recommend.

Purchased a dress that was on sale. At check out was never told that it would be store credit only if returned. I ended up buying another dress from a different store and could not get money back when I I returned the one I purchased at Ever New. The lady said all sale items were store credit only, but she should've told me that before I bought it. I am not impressed with that at all.

I had came into this store today as a black coat had caught my eye . I’m not a shopper who enjoys a lot of interaction so I was actually fine not being acknowledged walking in. I tried on a size 6 and size 10 in the coat and quickly knew a size 8 would be ideal . I walked to the counter ask the two girls who were chatting amongst themselves the whole time as I browsed if they had a size 8 as I said the 10 is just a little too baggy . One of the girls said I will look in back she comes back saying the size 12 is the largest we have . I said I’m sorry I was looking for smaller size than the 10 but the 6 is too tight . “she goes oh my bad goes back . She comes up says we don’t have an 8 sorry . I asked her if she can check another location . She asks the girl she’s working with to take a photo of the coat and send it to market mall location ( I found this odd as most stores just call that location instead of texting a friend who probably works there but I ignored this ) it was taking awhile for a response (which is too be expected since you are texting instead of looking up an item or calling the other location . So I offered to browse around the mall while we wait but in the mean time asked them both to hold the size 10 as it was the last one . I came back and the girl goes “so do you want it “ I replied I’m waiting on knowing if market mall has a size 8 remember. She asks The girl she’s working with to check her cell phone again . They look and responded “no ones working at market mall” ( the store was open and I was shocked to hear that response.) she goes if you give me your number they will check tomorrow . I said can you hold the size 10 in the mean time she says no only til end of today ( which normally I would understand but I’m getting Zero help) At this point I was annoyed i said let me take a look at the size 10 again .. girl working goes in the cupboard where they hold items and pulls out a size 0 . She knew she made another mistake . She had placed my last of the size 10 back on the floor ( I’m sorry this is getting stupidly ) . I was shocked someone could make a size mistake multiple times with the same customer . she grabs the 10 she left out on the floor hands it to me … I try it on as I hear her and the other girl working talk again about personal relationships. At this point I put down the $240 coat I really wanted and said to myself I can’t In good faith support a store that has employees neglecting and pure stupidity or lack of care . After reading other reviews I’m shocked management has not stepped in. Good luck people. Most painful shopping experience I have ever had !
