★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I am happy with the shoes I purchased on the weekend I was less impressed by the lack of customer service provided. It seemed to be more important for the sales associate to write on a chalk board, than to help me. Asked for a shoe horn and was responded to with a sharp no. Experience was terrible but am still happy with my purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a pair of shoes on Sunday, wore them for the first time on the following Tuesday. I walked for less then 30 mins in those shoes and suddenly I feel this flip flop kind of feeling, I check my shoe and it’s basically broken in half and the bottom half is just dangling, barely hanging on to the shoe. I go to bring it in the next day to return it, the lady tells me that since I wore it out they can’t give me a refund and can only give me store credit or give me a new pair. The staff are rude and don’t care one bit, terrible customer service and return policy. Quality is average, I would advise to shop anywhere else then here. If I could have given them a 0/5, I would have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in and went straight to the wall with a specific shoe in mind. We didn't get greeted even though there was 3 young girls standing in the center of the store talking to each other and one more behind cash. We looked for a bit, there was only one other customer in the store, even when we picked up the shoe they didn't come over. Finally we walked with shoe in had to the group and one girl met us have way . We purchased the shoe but for a first visit to that store it will definitely be our last. As a manager of a retail store it was disappointing to see.

Same as another review three young girls just standing chatting with each other not paying any attention no greeting and not even coming over to help. Just staring straight at you but not even having the audacity to say. Wanted to buy shoes but honestly just walked out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in with my girlfriend to this location. Stopped and looked at 3 pairs of shoes. Fully wanting to purchase.
We both stayed in the store 5 minutes .. to the point I sat down waiting for service. Since walking into the store not a single person greeted us or provided any level of service.
There where 3 employees working and only 1 other customer in the store.
Lol don’t bother with this location…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not surprised by all of the other reviews of this store as I was there yesterday and appalled by the service. There were at least 6 people working. No one greeted, approached me or asked me if I needed sizes when I had two pairs of shoes in my hand… even after making eye contact. I’ve been in retail a very long time and I know the expectations of what the job entails… I really hope someone steps in and replaces the team soon because the product is bomb, it deserves a good team to represent it!
