What is Buy Online, Pick Up In Store and how does it work?

Buy Online, Pick Up In Store is a convenient way for you to purchase items on our website and pick them up at an ECCO store near you.


Is In-Store Pick Up available at all ECCO stores?

Shop ca.ecco.com and add products to your shopping cart. At checkout, select Pick Up In Store to find a preferred store near you. As soon as your order is ready you will be notified and able to pick it up.

* Please note select store locations do not yet feature in-store pickup: Wellington Street Outlet, Cookstown Tanger Outlet and Square One. In-store pick up at these locations will be available soon. Watch for updates!


How much does In-Store Pick Up or delivery cost?

ECCO Pick Up In Store is always free.


When will my credit card be charged?

After you place your order, your card will be authorized for the total order amount. When your order is picked up, the transaction will be finalized and your credit card will be charged.


Can I use a Gift Card as a form of payment for my Buy Online, Pick Up In Store purchase?

Unfortunately, Gift Cards cannot be used as a payment method on our website. You are welcome to use our ECCO Gift Card in our physical stores.

What is the minimum order value for Pick Up In Store?

At ECCO, we do not require a minimum order value for In-store Pick Up.


Online vs. in-store prices and price matching.

At ECCO, our prices on ca.ecco.com are the same as they are in-store. This excludes any exclusive online or in-store promotions which we may offer from time to time. Also, we do not offer price matching with any external partners.


How will I know when my order is ready for pick up?

ECCO will send you an email as soon as your order is ready for Pick Up.


How long will I have to pick up my order in-store?

ECCO will hold your order up to 14 days from the time you are notified via email that your order is ready for pick up. If you do not pick your order up within the 14-day period, your order will be canceled automatically. You will receive an order cancellation email.


What do I need to bring to pick up my order?

To pick up your order, present your email notification that your order is ready for pick up and government-issued photo ID.


Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?

During check out you can designate alternate pick person. This individual will need to present the email notification that the order is ready for pick up and a government-issued photo ID.


Can I change my pick up store or delivery address after I placed my order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. Please be sure to double check your information before placing your order.


Can I cancel my pick up order?

Really nice and comfortable shoes. One of the staff was not that friendly today and that is the only reason I am giving them 4/5. The staff member was annoyed when I did not pick the two pairs that I tried. She could be more respectful.

Had an issue with the nubuck breakdown on the outer ankle of my boot purchase 2 monthes prior. This was a bit of a grey area as it looks like a scuff started to peel it away however in a way is still a breakdown. Clerk was a bit leery to do exchange. However she did and offered a product to assist in keeping nubuck pristine. Tha is for doing the exchange. Much appreciated. Great customer service.

Sales lady was extremely pushy about shoe care and would not stop talking about it the whole time. She was especially rude when I finally said no to any products at the till. I was also ambushed with β€œwhat shoe are you looking for?” when i came in. How do you even know if i’m looking for a shoe? Then proceeding to ask me about the weather outside. I understand these questions may start a conversation but are sometimes extremely annoying and a way to off put a customer. I like my shoes but I would never come here again.

Purchased a $200 dollar pair of shoes specifically for a trip through Latin America. A friendly and attentive saleswoman from Ireland assisted me. On the second day of my trip, the shoes had blistered my feet so badly that I needed to bandage my feet. It took weeks for them to heal. I called the store from Mexico and spoke with someone. They found this and a previous purchase in the system under my name. I was assured that I could bring them back, once my feet had healed, for full credit towards another pair. I was assured that my name was in the system and not to worry about it. When I returned to the store with the shoes they denied their offer and suddenly couldn't find me in their system. They asked me to bring their badly made shoes back and then humiliated me as the assistant manager did nothing to solve the problem, made it sound to other customers like I was asking for something unreasonable, and wasted my time by having me go a mall for this. Bad service, bad shoes, and I'm out $200. Ah, and the assistant manager didn't know how to type a W when inputting my name. I won't WASTE MY MONEY here again.

A man named Kyra helped me out and he was fantastic. I don't get many great experiences shopping for shoes but this guy was a great help.

This location has far more attentive staff than the cross iron mills one. I was here on Sunday October the 3rd and both the young lady and the young man who worked there that day were helpful except they somehow forgot that I was size 39 and by the end they were bringing me the wrong size 38 (I'm in-between 38 and 39 so I haven't noticed). Good thing I noticed in the very end at least, and had to retry a couple of pairs. In the end when I was deciding between 2 pairs and told them that, I still felt a bit rushed by them. I purchased 2 pairs. Overall it was a good experience. ?

Harris was so helpful and pleasant. He went over and above to make my shopping experience enjoyable. I am hard to fit and he bent over backwards to find me 2 pairs that fit. I definitely will go back to this store.
