★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to replace a controller that I had warranty under. They didn't hsve it in stock at the store so they called one of their stores in cross iron and had it shipped over. Called me and said that it was ready for pickup.
Friendly staff. Who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and that I was set.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First I went to Freedom, Fido and then Rogers. I was extremely frustrated with the absolute abysmal service I received there. I did not plan on going to the Source but figured I would just buy a S22 and get out. I was greeted and helped by Kandarp P. He informed me that they had Bell and Virgin and if I had time he would see if he could come up with a plan to meet my needs and expectations. It is very rare to find anyone anywhere with the excellent customer service skills and knowledge that Kandarp displayed this day.
He was extremely thorough, patient and professional thru-out the entire interaction. Kudos Kandarp, and thank you once again for improving that otherwise horrible day immensely!

They managed to get an amazing deal for an iPhone 12 and explained every detail of the plan with clarity. Highly recommend this store for your phone and electronic needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been getting our cell phones from the Source Chinook for about 7-8 years now and every time the service has been superb. However tonight we came in to upgrade a phone and Shahdaab and Tyler went above and beyond in service, information, patience and technical skill to help us. They also stayed 45 minutes passed closing to ensure everything was transferred over and working properly. Totally blew me away. Will definitely be back and highly recommend you pay them a visit.
