Hi. My name is Linda Day. I've developed an intuitive approach to yoga that blends my 26 yrs as a registered nurse (Canada & U.S.), 13 yrs as a yoga practitioner, 8 yrs as a yoga instructor (Panama & Canada) and 7 yrs as a Young Living essential oils consultant which I would love to share with you to help you become the healthiest you.
