★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually write reviews but today passed me off bad.Ghost armor says its good quality glass my phone dropped from my end table literally no more then 2 feet high and broke the screen and digitizer so now I have to buy a 250 dollar screen that's awesome

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exactly like other reviews. I was promised a life time guarantee I returned because my screen started peeling. I arrive and I am told it's a $10 surcharge. Pathetic. The attendant told me that "they're well trained to tell us that it's only 7 days warrantee". I'm 100% positive they didn't tell me this. What a rip off. Scammers. Don't bother spending your money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I doubt if your staff members get adequate training on how to discuss reduced or free replacements to clients. I got a screen protector from you guys and my phone dropped, both the screen protector and my screen cracked. Fortunately, I had apple care so I took the phone to apple and they replaced my phone. I went back to complain at your Chinook place and was told since the phone has been changed by apple, I would have to pay a full price for another one. I felt unhappy but I wanted to give you guys another chance, probably I was careless. I asked the guy again to explain the policy for exchanging which he did. I paid for a new one and only to use it for a few days and it started peeling off. I removed it off the phone and thrashed it, went back in to complain but was told since I thrashed the protector, I have to pay full price for a new one. I am so unhappy, felt I was robbed twice by you guys…I will never come back again…I will rather do without a phone than come to you guys but stop robbing people with your inferior goods. Thank you

Damen was very kind and explained the difference between the screens, and what would be best for my ipad verses my phone screen and I ended up in the matte for both! Would strongly recommend the matte if you're an artist using an ipad or tablet for your work! Actually feels 'paperlike' and doesn't eat your nib tips!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. I bought a new iPhone and based on good reviews of the product, I went to Ghost Armour to get a tempered glass screen protector installed.
Within a couple of days, a bubble formed. I went back within the 7 day warranty and the service tech fixed it. It was good for about a month, and now I have another bubble forming. Although, it’s out of the warranty period I went back to ghost armour in hopes they would fix it. They wanted to charge $15, although this is the policy, I feel that there is an issue with the application of the installation. I have no issue with the product but the warranty for bubbles should be covered. I wonder how they can justify charging $40? My old iPhone had a $15 tempered glass screen protector and it saved my iPhone screen just fine.
I am disappointed with the overall product and service. Will be taking my business else where and spread the word.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in today, the workers there are professional and nice. The girls were very busy but still had time to make sure I got what I needed. Worker recommended me the matte screen and I like it a lot so far. Definitely would come back and recommend to others!
