Farah is so sweet! She was kind and polite whilst very professional. I was a bit hesitant about the spot for my nose percing, however Ferah and her team provided clarity and made a great choice for spot. I had a great experience at Merle Norman and have received alot of compliments. I received an after care set aswell and my procedure is healing nicely.

My sisters piercings were done super poorly and she was waiting till they were fully healed to see if they were really that bad. The piercings were done so badly it’s almost unbelievable and they refused to fix it because it had been over two months. I’m very disappointed in Merle Norman, we were regular customers and I have to say I will not be returning ever again.

I spent thousands of dollars committed to laser treatment at this location. With the amount of money I had spent, I was expecting great customer service and commitment from my laser technician in helping me achieve the results I desired. This was not the case however, and I have been left greatly disappointed with thousands of dollars leading to no avail. Rather than working with me, my technician constantly put blame on me for results not working. The lack of professionalism or experience from the technician was very clear, as she lacked the knowledge and ability to communicate an adequate treatment plan and range of results with number of treatments. Furthermore, I constantly had to deal with complaining from my technician for requesting specific areas for treatment. I would not recommend laser treatment at this location to anyone - steer clear for your own benefit!

I went here to get help putting my earrings back today and Tracy just did the most wonderful job, she is very careful, tender and followed all the protocols . She gave the best advice on how to take care of my piercings and which styles to choose. I give her service a five star ! See you in my next appointments Tracy!

My friend and I went here to get our lobes pierced. I already had an old piercing that closed and the lady that did it for me jabbed it through with brute force and now my friends ear may be infected because she did not change gloves between piercing our ears ( I went first she went second) it was a bad experience update her ear did get infected and her earring went through the hole entirely even tho she had been cleaning it and listening to the instructions they gave us.

Custom service needs to be worked on significantly … Right after we had our ears pierced they rushed me to the cash register as if we weren’t going to pay ( was 300 dollars ) … secondly they never offered us our detailed cash register receipt and it wasn’t in our bag … all the customer service people were at the cash register as soon as we were finished waiting for us to pay like we had an audience and the one lady had the worst smokers cough and never moved away from me or covered up because she thought by having a mask on that it was fine … I felt they hovered over me when I tried to shop after my piercing … Not the high end Merle Norman experience we were used to like back in the early days … Let customers shop and don’t treat them like thieves and be forth coming at the cash register by saying this is how much this and this was today … one person can ring through a customer they don’t all need to be standing overtop of each other staring at you … Do better

My experience at the Chinook Merle Norman was absolutely the best. I first had a pedicure done by Farah best pedicure ever, then I had a facial/message done by Kamal and it was really fabulous. The overall service I received was really good. I had some issues with a gift card purchased at a closed location and Nicole the owner went above and beyond to accommodate. Thank you Chinook Ladies

I brought my wife to have her ears repierced , Kourtney was the Esthetician who helped her. This was a wonderful customer experience and we felt like we were most important during and after a painless and enjoyable event. This was a sensitive time in our marriage relationship and this experience helped make this day a special day we will always remember. Thank You.
