★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in today with a list (but not having a clue about what all was involved). Immediately greeted cheerfully, confidently led to product, and was offered alternatives (hence the 4 stars...product was looking pretty picked over). Helpful tips included!
Usually when you're asked to sign up for a benefits program it's pretty cringe, but Brittany with the fab vibrant yellow hair pulled it off well, and even got me to sign up.
Extra bonus - was really great to see (especially with all the Covid fatigue) the other associate immediately sanitize the payment terminal after a customer completed their purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got almost everything I needed with little to no help from the girls working as they were very unwelcoming and cold… almost as though I was intruding on their personal time. I probably could’ve left with everything I needed if they appeared more willing to help and I felt comfortable enough to approach them with my questions. But unfortunately that was not the case and I will have to return to a different location in hopes I get a different customer service experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sally's Beauty Supply on the outside it says buy one get one 50 off on a whole bunch of products it's a consignment store 335 unit to right next door to Five Guys Burgers and Fries, staff was helpful they asked me if I needed help even though I clearly wasn't there to buy nothing, excellent keep up the good work girls

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went into Sally’s on Macleod. Staff was super rude, literally walked out not feeling confident at all my with purchase. A girl with half pink haired helped me out, if you can say helped. Go to the one in Chinook mall - staff if way better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, I read the reviews about this store on Macleod Trail and I was a bit weary going in. But what I experienced was NOTHING like the bad reviews. I was greeted and asked 3 times if I needed help. One of the ladies even pointed out a product 3X less expensive than the one I was holding. Just great customer service. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopping at Sally's has helped fix my hair. I have long curly hair that was dried out and tired looking. I switched to (more) natural salon quality dye. The staff helped me overcome struggles with grey coverage by recommending Grey Magic. I follow the curly girl method and even through the stylist who works there doesn't have curly hair she knows which products are suitable for me. I have always had great service when I visit and I really like the store. My hair is so much better than before I started buying products from Sally's.
