It did not disappoint; there's a lot of options for all dietary restrictions (gluten-free, soy-free, vegan). The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us with some great recommendations (which we've already come back to repurchase). Plus, everything is from the Southern Alberta region so it feels good to support our fellow Albertans! Such a nice location by Chinook mall, prices are reasonable, and I can't wait to try more of their stuff!

They have so many items in one place, including baked goods, meals, frozen items, and drinks. I would definitely recommend stopping by here whenever you're in the area! The staff are also very kind! They are there to help you in whatever way possible. I really loved chatting with them, as we had such a wonderful discussion. This store takes supporting local to the next level!

If you're desperate for the flavors of veg fest or just desperate for the nice vice of junk vegan: For Goodness Bake is a must for your fast sweet and savory cravings. NEW*Fresh salad bowls! ? , coffee, kombucha, fermented foods and lighter side togo meals too... But if you're in it for the delicious, the novel.. the "omg I haven't had a 'meat pie' in 20 years" etc factor... run in regularly for a changing variety of fast, freezerable and planet friendly foodstuffs from many local vendors. Great way to support your heros next door, your kindness community that is challenging the status quo of cow town, so chow down! Appetite based Activisim! Don't count calories, count-ercultutre! So Tally ho- you heathen of healthy living, this is how you save the world this day! With Poptarts! Focaccia! Lasagna! Put in that dollar vote to support local, and put that cake in your face!
