At Peak Kids every patient receives an individual plan of care with diagnosis, written down take-home exercises and an end goal. All of the exercises were demonstrated clearly and with care. The clinic is also very clean, appointment was on time and all of the staff were very welcoming to both my son & I. I feel confident in the care my son received and am happy we sought out Peak Kids & Jenna to help him.

I have spent nearly a decade seeing various doctors and getting injections and being prescribed medications with not much relief or progress. For the first time in years, I'm starting to feel normal, and I give so much of the credit to the physio I have been doing with Helen. She has adapted the treatment plan to me and my lifestyle. I highly recommend Helen to anyone that is experiencing issues with their pelvic floor. Her professionalism and care exceeds all expectations! I left the clinic feeling much better and equipped with a program to follow which was emailed to me with diagrams and instructions. I would highly recommend this clinic and will definitely go back!

The physiotherapists provide excellent treatment and support in developing an exercise plan for long lasting relief. Kajal helped me work through back and leg pain that I thought would last my entire life.

Helen is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, patient and helped me find incredible support in massage & physical training to support my overall health and wellness. I had a great deal of pain early on in my pregnancy and with the help and support of Helen, I am feeling awesome. I would not hesitate to recommend Peak Health Kids for all the Mamas & soon-to-be Mamas out there.

In our first session she made a full treatment plan with me so I had a clear sense of when I would “graduate”. It really helped me feel confident that the work we were doing wasn’t just a temporary fix, but would address the underlying issues for good!

She was very efficient and clear in the process. When I met Jenna she was very professional and you could tell that she was very comfortable in her position and line of work she made me feel very comfortable. She educated me on the therapy that I was receiving and showed me how everything worked. She is very knowledgeable and I feel so confident that I will have a positive outcome to this process.
