★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you to Nelson and Amonn my knees feel a lot better than when I arrived to Elevate the first day. I would totally recommend this clinic if you need to improve ROM or treat any injury. The staff is just awesome and very professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best physio that I have been to. Nelson listened to the description of my aches and pains and from there all I had to do was follow the exercise routine provided to me. I feel in a few short weeks that I have about an 85% improvement in my back and shoulder. Nelson seems to really know what he is doing and I would definitely recommend Elevate movement to friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a senior 80 years old who chose Elevate Movement Therapies after researching several other places who offered physiotherapy services. I found a friendly reception, a knowledgeable, supportive staff, and excellent facilities. My medical Dr. was unable to help me with a persistent hip, knee and foot problem that I had for three years due to complications from dystonia.
The physiotherapist, "Nelson", was thorough and patient. Along with massage therapy, he built an exercise program for me over a period of a few weeks that saw my quality of life greatly improve. I went from a sedentary painful lifestyle to pain free exercising and riding my bicycle again. I am now at 10 Km. a ride and my goal is 20 Km. I now continue with a Home Exercise program designed for me. I feel great! Thank You to all the staff at Elevate Movement Therapies.
