★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BAD - Was told yesterday i had to chat with Marie Fairfield. She is the only person there, that can quote for new business. I left two voice mails. I called this morning and was told - she is not on the phone, I will put her on..... I got her Voice mail AGAIN.... she still has not called, after I phoned back, a Manager (??) said she will have Marie call me - never happened.
I don't think I want to give my business - Imagine, if you have a cliam - GOOD LUCK !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first of all I wish if there was no stars at all to give this company none, for there lack of professionalism, rudeness, and bad customer service.
I had an auto insurance with them, and its been bad from the start. From there receptionist at the front disk to the insurance broker through out the management. every month they miss up with my insurance premium, and every time I call the office to correct the issue ( speak to insurance broker and the manager ) they give me unreasonable excuse, and that been one and off for more than one year, and every time they promise me to correct the issue and none of that was resolved, until I had enough. I cancelled my auto insurance with them, and I tell everyone out there not deal with them all and I really recommend them to anyone.

It was no problem until I watched my bank account transactions
They still charge me the insurance bill for my broken vehicle. I hope they won’t let me down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Late on a long weekend Friday afternoon I got an incredible deal on a new SUV and needed to insure the new vehicle. My assigned Hub International broker had a voicemail saying she’d be returning to the office 14 days earlier so no help.
Though not her file, Ms. Mei Lian XIANG then took my call and went out of her way to provide excellent service. Though short staffed and late on the eve of a busy holiday weekend, Ms. XIANG ensured I had everything I required in a friendly, efficient manner. Thank you!
