★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came into the mens clothing section to buy an outfit for my middle school graduation. Eddie who was working there was a huge help to me. Eddie was very friendly, he provided me with lots of options, he made sure that everything fit right for me and more. Eddie truly cared about helping me as a customer finding the right thing for me. He was doing this all at the same time as helping other customers in the store. 10/10 experience, I recommend asking for Eddie anytime you are shopping in the mens clothing section. Thank you Eddie!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fabulous men's clothing selection and great cologne selection. Despite the fact that the cologne salespeople are far too aggressive for their own good. Any store that's been around for 351 years has to be doing something right.

Specifically a young lady named Nicola really went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bralette, she was very attentive during my bra fitting and made sure to frequently check up on me! I will certainly be coming back for this level of customer service and care.

Only part that sucks was the Bay has people going around the store trying to get customers to sign up for credit cards. They find you while you're browsing products ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just came in at an incredibly busy time and Julian was so helpful. He was clearly very busy managing his department and helping many people but still found time to give me a hand and make sure I was looked after. And not to mention the personal touch I got with my purchase to ensure they were the right products for me. This guy Julian and his team really care, and for me that’s why they are the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in last week to the perfume and fragrance department with my sister and I walked away astounded - it was absolutely the BEST service I have ever received. The staff were so friendly, kind, inviting and warm, they all made me feel so welcome and accepted. On top of that, they were so knowledgable and gave so many great recommendations. I wasn't planning on buying anything but the phenomenal service changed my mind. The staff definitely went above and beyond for me, and I could feel the sincerity in their work. Huge thank you to the staff! You guys are incredible - thank you for what you do :)
