★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday, I happen to VICTORIA SECRET PINK visit this store, they have an enticing sale banner. I don't usually go here, its my first time to look around and see. I am interested with panties. As me and my husband approach the shelf located in the entrance 3 sales ladies were there just chatting, I show my confusion with thier product NOBODY approach us, I tried to look around still, until a new couple comes in and they are white. Easily one of the saleslady approach them and show their interest in assisting them. We were there standing but as if WE ARE NOT THERE. I tried to talk to her but SHE show her UNWILLING to assist. Right away I feel racist attitude in this place. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I'll be back. Spotted some good quality unlined bras.
Please bring back the 100% or at least 95% cotton panties. Still displeased over this and have changed brands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been putting off buying new bras for like 2 years, I've never really enjoyed the whole experience. I desperately needed to replace my bras and, as it turns out - I've been wearing the wrong band size. I typically get really overwhelmed just with the amount of bras there are and have no idea where to start. As soon as I arrived at Victoria's secret I was greeted by Deanel, I told her why I was there and the type of bra's I was looking for. She did a quick measurement and started guiding me through the barrage of titteh hammocks, helping me locate the ones I needed. We started with a 32" band size, realized I needed a 34" instead. Sorochi, another lovely employee, picked up right where Deanel left off - helped me nail down my selection, even went so far as to journey downstairs to see if a specific bra/size was in stock. Both Deanel & Sorochi were so helpful, attentive, handled my socially awkward personality with grace and I couldn't be more grateful. I don't 'hate' bra shopping anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience at this legendary store! Sales associates were happy to help my daughter and I, but were not overbearing. They were extremely knowledgeable about their products and let us know that because the fitting rooms were closed, we had 90 days to return our purchases if needed. Everything is of very good quality. Although, most of the merchandise is quite expensive $$$$, they do have really great sales, so it is worth checking out. Overall, a positively enjoyable time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked into Victoria secret in the chinook mall super excited to get a new bra because I just didn’t have one that fit right and they are my usual go to!! I live 3 1/2 hours away from the closet one. But when I walked in no one.. not one person greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. Instead I just seen their employees chit chatting with one another. Was not happy with my experience that I was so excited for
