★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone at this clinic is very friendly and welcoming! Dr. Atalla is very easy to talk to. The new female doctor!(sorry I forgot her name..) is amazing! I only met her once, but I can feel that she takes care of her patients a lot and is very trustworthy!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this clinic. Dr. Attalla has been my GP close to 2 years. He is the most knowledgeable, professional and compassionate doctor I have ever met. He really cares about his patients. He offers a number of other services for mental health and addictions.
The office staff are always kind and personable. I can not recommend this clinic enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I are recent patients at this clinic and so far it's been fantastic. The reception staff are always so polite and friendly and our family doctor is one of the best we've ever had. He's patient, informative, sensitive to our needs and seems to be going above and beyond to ensure that we are comfortable and satisfied with our care at each appointment. The clinic is also very warm, comfortable and clean. Not to mention that it's in a very convenient location for my wife and I at the Chinook Mall.
I highly recommend it to anyone needing a new family doctor or just a quick walk in appointment.

Secondly, Dr. Is always late. My appt is at 9h30 n the Dr. Not here yet, its passed 9h45 n another patient is waiting before me. When we r late or miss an appt. we have to reschedule n pay a fee. Thats should be vice versa. Everyone's time is precious n everyone should consider that. When one is late it affects the other person(s) waiting.
Thirdly, there were no pens cleaned n chairs wiped down after each use.. That should be done every day, especially with high cases of covid.
Fourthly, staff should speak english when a patient is present.
Other than that, i like my Dr. Knowledgeable listens to my opinion.

Dr. Attalla is a doctor who really cares about your whole well being and provides such amazing support/services for mental health! And lets not forget the lovely kind front stuff! This clinic honestly provides the perfect package - everything you would ever want and more from your doctor. I feel so grateful to them - thank you!!!

Each doctor I have seen has been caring, thorough, and friendly. You felt valued and you don't feel rushed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About 2 weeks ago, I visited this clinic as I was experiencing difficulty breathing, the sensation of a lot of fluid in my lungs, general malaise, etc. I'm not sure of the name of the doctor I saw, as he was not one of their regular staff, but he seemed friendly and like he was listening, so my initial review was quite good. He said that he could do a chest xray, but there was almost no point. He told me it was probably allergies.
A week later (last Monday), I was too sick to go in to work. My symptoms had all gotten significantly worse. I went to see a different doctor, who was rushed but gave me an rx. On Saturday, 4 days later, I was feeling even worse, so I went to see a different doctor in Sundance, and she was amazing. Immediately sent me for an xray, wrote me a note for at least another week off of work, wrote me an rx for cough syrup to help me sleep, and then looked at the xray results with me. She was totally startled by how much fluid and bacteria had built up in my lungs - my left lung is about 75% pneumonia.
I have been in pain and increasing suffering for weeks, and that all could have been prevented if the doctor at this clinic had sent me for a chest xray over 2 weeks ago. I am now facing a significantly longer recovery time for which I only have 4 more sick days to use, and almost had to be hospitalized yesterday.
I'd like the owners of this clinic to contact me with the name of this doctor. I am extremely upset.
*update* - two and a half years later, and they never contacted me about the poor care I received from their clinic. I'm still dealing with some of the long term effects of my illness they could have prevented.

The staff calls me to book an appointment when i asked to send the requisition to the lab directly and when i reach at the clinic he says oh you saw a lady doctor last time so i will book you tomorrow to see her again. I mean why would you call me to come at the clinic first. I am working and have appointments myself and had to cancel to come see you.
