★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informative and helpful visit! Visited for my 3 year old, the experience was top notch. The nurse was kind and experienced with children. The doctor explained our results, symptoms and course of treatment very clearly and effectively especially as I don’t understand medicine he did a great job of simplifying and even suggested I should record our talk which was very helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This allergist has a terrible administrative staff. They mix up appointments, won’t talk in person and don’t listen to client questions. In addition to the poor reception, they don’t let patients talk to the doctor when appointments aren’t made correctly. I have two children who are patients here and when they have allergic reactions or when I have a question regarding their treatment / allergy food reactions, the admin direct me to book an appointment two months from the time of the issue at minimum. After waiting months to see our allergist he was great and extremely informative but the follow up and reach out with patients, leaves them suffering with no immediate connection to their allergist. As a patient we are at the mercy of the staff to allow us to be heard or help our reacting children. Hoping with this review the office makes positive changes to better support their patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Rash was fantastic! He was very empathetic, caring, and knowledgeable. He listened to everything I wanted to bring up and had great feedback and explanations. He outlined the treatment options clearly (including weighing the pros and cons of each and how they apply to my specific scenario). He has a very calming presence and the appointment didn’t feel rushed. The new building is lovely (yay free underground parking) and the receptionists were welcoming and professional. I’m glad to have visited and am excited to start treatment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Lyttle has been amazing with two of my young children. He cares about his patients and their general well-being and is great at providing information while putting his patients and their parents at ease. I would recommend Dr. Lyttle to anyone with children for any allergy needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I almost don't want to leave such a good review, because the wait to get in was years, but seriously, Dr.Rash is amazing! Nicest, most personable, kind, caring, knowledgeable, intelligent, easy to talk to, laid back guy. Kinda wish I could add him to my friends list to come over for family BBQ and games nights. Really top notch doc!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Rash has changed my life for the better with meds and treatments I had no idea about before. He's also great at teaching about allergies, and really rooting out the source of the problem. I've only seen Dr. Cheuk a couple of times, but he's also excellent. Reception staff are great too, and the office is new and nice.
