I showed up at 540 pm to do a walk in and the woman at the front desk said that they were done walk ins today. I knew my chances were pritty slim of getting in but I politely said that I was just here for a rx refill, explained my situation, while understanding they were closing soon, and next thing I knew I was in a room and seen by a doctor. Seems to be alot of harsh negative coments about this place. I have never seen anything but friendly good service. I keep coming back.
J	Jace Reb. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are hoping this clinic is different than any other one in the city, then you will be very disappointed. Staff are friendly and nice, so the minimum of a one star rating suits the customer service. However, just like every other clinic you can expect to wait well past your appointment time as Doctor’s are constantly running behind, late, or as one nurse told me, not even in the building yet. You are made to sign a contract before getting assigned a Family Doctor that requires you pay a $40 fine for any missed, cancelled or late appointments on your behalf, and yet expected to wait for the doctors who are consistently late. Being a doctor is a tough job. You have a duty to the public to help as many as you can, but knowingly scheduling appointments 10 minutes apart when they take 30 minutes at least is setting yourself up to fail. It shows true greed to try and squeeze in as many patients as possible so you can line your wallets with more government funding, on top of the additional fees and expenses you charge for your service. Dr Banoub, Dr Saeed, and clinic manager Shannon Smith have no concern for you or your personal matters. It shows how willing they are to solve your medical issues by how much time they devote to your visit. They believe they can have you in and out in ten minutes with a diagnosis and a treatment. I do not have my PHD, but I know it takes a bit more time than that to diagnosis an ailment. I strongly recommend you find a clinic with more humanity than this one.
K	Karlee Harder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an app today at 12:10. I was in and out with the prescription I needed in 12min. The staff was great and I loved not having to sit waiting at a walking for 2hrs. There is a pharmacy attached which makes getting your needed prescriptions very convenient

The doctor told me to schedule an appointment the next time because I have multiple complications and he wouldn't have time to address all my concerns because he had to see other patients.. meanwhile, when I schedule an appointment, I still have to sit in the waiting room with no concern for my time. That's just the tip of the problems here...
j	jade huynh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible, this is my SECOND time here, thinking that my first appointment was an one off. It’s not. My question will be repeated again, why have an online “skip the waiting room” app, if you guys can’t honour the appointment time? My appointment was at 2:40 and it is now 3:30… guess what?! I’m still sitting and waiting. This would make sense if I DIDN’T book an appointment, but guess what I did, you know why? Because there were time slots AVAILABLE. I have class and work, and I’m sure many other people in this waiting room have responsibilities in life. My best advice is DO NOT use skip the waiting room app, unless you’re willing to wait, neither less, just go to a NEW CLINIC that will respect you and your time. Let’s go back to macroeconomics, It’s not a one way street, you guys expect us to come early/on time, but you can’t respect being on time yourself. I get that they’re emergencies, but I doubt it’s like that with excel health situation, as you can see many reviews similar to mine. If you guys serious about your patients opinions, things would’ve changed. if you guys can’t handle the client load, reduce it… you guys have too much demand, but not enough supply (doctors), have enough respect to state that. I will not be returning. Total disappointment and waste of time.
R	Rabecca Savage on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love this clinic. My first time in to see a chronic pain doctor and it was great. The office is clean and the staff is amazing. The waiting area had lots of chairs and wasn’t full of people so it was comfortable. I recommend Dr. T. He’s understanding and pays attention to what you say. I wouldn’t see anyone else but him. Great place!

The last couple of appointments I have made I have had to sit the least amount of time is 30 minutes more but last month it was over an hour. I run a clinic and I had to call and advise that I would be late opening the clinic AGAIN... I book a time so that I know I will be able to open clinic on time yet I have never seen the doctor on time. If we ran our clinic that way we would have no patients. We book appointments at certain times because we have limited times and responsibilities ourselves. I read that it was changing cause you were under new management however I havent seen it. It is beyond frustrating.
d	drifterryan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t bother making an appointment, they mean nothing. Arrived for my appointment at 5:30pm and an hour later they acted like I had never even checked in with them. Additionally their posted prices for services not covered by AHS are incorrect. I was charged additional amount outside the service as a “appointment fee” If you choose to make an appointments, be prepared to be lied to, overcharged and have your time not valued
