M	Marion Bidault on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Yousefi is nice and answers all questions. She was away and had Doctor Belleya (unsure about the spelling) and he was great too! I have been going there for years and had never had a problem like mentioned in the comments with receptionists.

By 9:04 the doctor was helping me. He was respectful and answered all my questions professionally. Gave me some tips and made me feel very comfortable. Would go back here again and recommend.
H	Heather Chapin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID THIS CLINIC LIKE THE PLAGUE. I went as a walk in and had a horrible experience with the rudest doctor I’ve ever encountered. He was an East Indian man and didn’t even tell me his name. I went to get a refill for my medication and was told ‘we don’t do that here you need to see your family doctor.’ The reason he said that was because there was 5 days left before I would have run out of my meds. You don’t refill a prescription at a clinic? Am I supposed to wait until im out to get a refill? I’ve never had such a terrible experience trying to get my prescription (which I’ve been on for months) refilled. The doctor didn’t even attempt to listen to me, as I tried to explain that I missed a phone appointment with my GP that morning which is why I went as a walk in. I’ve made the mistake of going here twice now. The first time was because of pelvic pain, I got turned down because I could have had Covid…I had no Covid symptoms. This clinic is a joke. It’s filthy, the receptionists are rude, the doctors are terrible and refuse to treat you. It’s a prime example of terrible healthcare.
S	Sean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is very convenient for me and the doctors are for the most part pretty decent there. That being said, the receptionists infuriate me. They demand that I go in to get a prescription filled and I pretty much have to yell at them to schedule a phone appointment. There’s no need to go in after I’ve been on the same medication for years, especially since my doctor deemed me healthy after my last physical just a few months back. And then when I went in for a walk-in appointment because of a cough I had that wasn’t going away, she tells me I need to leave and the doctor will call me. There have been so many other issues with the two receptionists. I’m done with this clinic and will be heading to the new convenient clinic that has opened up where the Humpty’s used to be.

My doctor in lethbridge was great, he worked with my neurologist to balance my meds. Dr. L decided on his own to change things. I found Dr. L very hard to understand.

Doctor told me to come in person in a week if antibiotics did not work, as I would need to be examined. Went today and the guy at reception refused to let me see someone as a walk in, only phone call appointments from the lobby. Meanwhile many people were going in as a walk in. WORST SERVICE. WASTE OF TIME.
