β β β β β TERRIBLE experience. Pls go to see another ENT, instead of wasting your time here. I had an early morning appointment at 8am. They had me wait in my vehicle for 30mins after I checked in at front desk, then somebody called me and asked some pre-screening questions (this could have been done at front desk). Then another 20mins waiting in the waiting room. Another 10mins at doctorβs office. AND the doctor who saw me was not even the doctor I booked appointment with! They didnβt even notify me of this change. Horrible place! Why canβt they book me for 9am then if they had to keep me waiting for 1 hour??? The doctor had no time to go through my profile and only gave suggestions not applicable for my case. Overall all the one-star reviews about this place are TRUE!!!!!

β β β β β If I could give zero stars I would ! Waste of time, they double, if not triple book patients and have you wait an hour to see the doctor for all of 2 minutes - he barely communicates and I had to probe for answers! He does a hearing test every time Iβve seen him which is likely for billing purposes since he already had my MRI results and knew there was nothing wrong with my ears, which he then told me in those 2 mins that I saw him! As a health care professional, I also feel they need to work on their disinfection protocol, he didnβt even change the barrier before or after checking my ears and simply put the tool back where he got it! When I called back to let them know my concerns, they said there was nothing they could do and I could speak to Dr. huang directly by booking another appointment ... this wonβt happen because I donβt want to take up time for patients who actually need it and wait an hour for him to say sorry and do it again to all the other waiting patients !

You will have to wait long time to see a specialist and when you get an appointment and see this doctor
He will only give you 5 min of his time
Speak only 2 words
Did not answer any of my questions or clarify my concerns
His receptionist are very rude in person and on the phone really rude and disrespectful people
Very terrible experience
Also they told me the doctor will do a hearing test and he didn't
I asked him a lot of questions to understand what caused my problem he does not answer!!
Complete waste of time

β β β β β Get another doctor somewhere else to see you ! Was referred to them by my doctor and they had me wait 45 mins to have a doctor tell me there was nothing they could do. Like I booked off work to go to this appointment I left in tears doctor was blunt and rude. This was a waste of time !!!! You can tell my doctor you cannot help when tells you why Iβm being referred donβt wait until you wasted my time !!! So upset! Never going back there again !

β β β β β Extremely disappointed!!!! I originally saw Dr. Huang and was very disappointed. I contacted my family doctor and told him about my experience and he had told me to just hold it out as it's hard and takes time to see an ENT. His office was so dirty and I can't believe he lets people in there was it looks like that - embarrassing!!! I have been waiting to get my allergy tests done and have been called 4x to reschedule. The last message I received from them was saying it needs to be rescheduled because he is going on vacation!!! DURING A PANDEMIC!??? I don't want this doctor working with me. If you're referred to him - ask for a new referral!!!!

β β β β β you guys are so right for this clinic. I met Dr. Ian Huang on August 31 for my nose disease. I read google views first, so I came half hour late than my scheduled time. When I reached there, a patient just was called by the doctor and she said she wait for one hour already. In my case I waited another half hour to get met with Dr. Huang. If I had come in my scheduled time, I might have had to wait for one hour as well.
My nose disease had been diagnosed in China 10 years ago and the doctor clearly addressed that was in my CT picture. The doctor said every nose specialist should have no problem to see what is showed in my CT. Dr. Huang didn't bother to take my CT completely out, then he just said there is nothing wrong with my nose. For god's sake, my nose generated strips every minute no matter where I am for more than 10 years and I have to use my mouth to assist my breath sometimes. Now this doctor said it was just allergy. Ready doubt if this doctor is competent to be a ENT specialist. I am seeking for another specialist to handle my nose. Just waste my time with this doctor.

β β β β β I only called about my referral and thw lady on the phone was so rude. I can only imagine how the clinic was in person. I haven't even visited yet and want to say that don't go there. Super rude and disrespectful. I am getting my referral changed and reccomend you do the same.

β β β β β Terrible experience with Doctor Ian Huang you wait hrs to see him then he comes in with a terrible attitude and speaks 2 words and sees you 2 minutes.....and I really mean 2 minutes....save your time and go with someone else.
Update, he said my daughter had allergies and that's it, nothing else. I took her to children's hospital and she had surgery to correct an actual problem..oh and she has no allergies.
