excellent treatments .. best i ever had before, honest and professional service that she really knows her work ! she is honest woman that is also very Godly woman that is married to a minister, so happy to find honesty in this business. tells the truth see you soon , i also recommended her to all my friends and family .

Likely the most frustrating individual to deal with booking wise. It's exactly as the others mentioned in their reviews. The only positive review looks like it was written by the owner herself as it mimcs the grammar and lower case letters instead of capital letters, which is a very dishonest business practice. I have the emails from her, written in the same manner.

I went here for a facial and chair massage with my mom. I called ahead and confirmed our appointment and was told to arrive early to get the paperwork done. We arrived 15 mins early and the doors were locked. We weren't able to get in until the appointment start time. I understand its by appointment only but there was no sign informing that the door is locked for the previous client or anythings like that. Its information that would have been nice to know to save some frustration. The masseuse was 40 minutes late for my appointment and (as we were not able to stay longer) i was eventually told i could have a 20min massage for cheaper. It would have been nice to been given a free 20min massage for the inconvenience. During the facial she doesn't inform you on what she is putting on your face and when asked all we knew about the products is that they were all organic and a special mixture. I have sensitive skin and on my admission sheet i had put that. But she didn't look at that before hand and went along with what ever she was putting on my face. I luckily didn't have any adverse reactions but I was shocked she didn't even care to look if i had any allergies or sensitivities before going ahead with her products. We also both found the conversation while getting the facials a bit odd. I personal got minimal information about my skin that i didn't already know (given i do have fairly good skin) with being a medical aesthetician i expected more. I was told what services of hers she would recommend but like the lack of info on the facial products I didn't quite understand how those procedures would work, how they would effect my face in the long run, or what good they would do other than probably clear up my face a bit more. We both found our experience to be unprofessional and a bit odd. She had left her phone on during both of our facials and it was constantly pinging and she was getting phone calls. Given all that my face did feel nice afterwards (thats why i gave 2 stars instead of just 1). I would caution people to read the reviews and the owners reply's because it gives you a fairly accurate insight as to how she runs her business.

Vendor was incredibly frustrating to work with re: booking appointments. Would randomly book me in for dates and when my schedule could not accommodate, they claimed I was too frustrating to work with and recommended I ask for a refund from Groupon. Rather curious approach for a business model.

I left a review in Groupon with bring unimpressed. They then reached back out and instead of being professional and/or apologizing like all other business, they where rude and reworded what I said, "fine does not mean great." I would not be surprised if they responded to this saying I'm dishonest as well. I never leave reviews unless I'm asked by a business but in light of them responding to my other review I need to share.

ROTTEN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISHONEST TACTICS Purchased a Groupon for a facial, booked the appointment, she booked the date incorrectly and called me, tried to accommodate her misbooking but couldn't leave work earlier to make the appointment. Called her to apologize and to rebook and she was extremely rude and unhelpful. She explained she needed 24hrs notice, I was welcome to rebook but had to purchase ANOTHER Groupon. She then hung up on me and directly redeemed the Groupon, even back dated the time to make it appear I attend the service a few hours earlier so she could get paid, which she is not allowed to do since I didn't use her service. Only customers can marl their Groupons as redeemed or only if the customer gives the merchant authorization to do so, she DID NOT have my authorization to redeem the voucher. Called Groupon and they are investigating. Asked for a refund, don't really care about the money so much but really don't want her to be paid for being such a lousy merchant. Word of advise for her, if you are trying to run a business, 1. Don't mis-book your new client's appointment and blame them if they cannot accommodate YOUR mistake 2. Try to be understanding if the customer only has one day notice and was trying to accommodate YOU INITIALLY. 3. If the client is trying to rebook, don't attempt to charge them for another appointment to make more money off of them. 4. Don't yell at them on the phone and then hang up. 5. And lastly don't redeem the service voucher as complete when you DIDN'T PROVIDE THE SERVICE so you can rip them off. Love Groupon and have found many merchants that I use and became a repeat customer because they understand how to treat their customers well and provide good service. Not Beautiful-Beyond! Dealing with her was anything but a 'beautiful' experience but it was Beyond bad service. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO NOT USE THIS MERCHANT.

I went to this salon this summer for a facial and some advice as I had been experiencing hormonal breakouts for a few months. During the facial she advised me to get an extraction as a follow up procedure to clear out my pores. The extraction was extremely painful and for the days following my skin was the worst I have ever seen it. She also put me on a product that was a 3-in-1. This product did nothing to help my skin nor did the $200 extraction. Only when I went to see another esthetician who then recommended a line of products that actually helped my skin did I see improvements. Anyways, I was very disappointed I spent hundreds of dollars on treatments and products that I can only now see were a scam.

Recieved a refund plus 50% back after this business owner sent me an email saying I was a bad person because I chose not to rebook with her after missing my inital appointment because I was unable to find her location and there was no answer when I phoned. Groupon is investigating and will hopefully reprimand her for her inappropriate conduct. Even in a disagreement with a client, one should hold themselves to a higher standard than personal insults. Truly disappointing experience.
