T	T Win on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hygienists, assistant staff, front desk were all extremely friendly and they really ensure that I am informed about the procedure/process, and how to better care for my teeth. The clinic is bright, modern and clean. Only negative thing would be the 2 hour paid parking on a narrow street that can get busy and packed.

Having Elizabeth being gentle and tentative during my visit was reassuring ? Would recommend to friends in a heartbeat!

I didn’t leave in tears and my mouth felt so clean!!!! I had to go back for fillings and I was scared. I had a terrible dental procedure as a kid and that was the last time I had to have work done. The staff and dentist were incredible. After the fillings I felt overwhelmed and they were so kind and caring. I don’t hate the dentist right now and I look forward to my next cleaning! Thank you for giving me a new perspective. I highly recommend!

You feel taken care of. April was such a lovely person and was very gentle during the cleaning. I highly recommend!
C	Chris Ashton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like many, I'd put off going to the dentist/hygienist for far too long. To the point where the fact it had been so long made me even more reluctant to go. I was expecting a lecture, thousands of dollars and a lot of pain to get my oral health back on track. It had been 22 years since I'd last seen a dentist (I know, I know) and I saw one of their Instagram ads that appealed specifically to people in a similar situation to me. I reached out to them with some questions and concerns and before I'd even made an appointment, I already felt far more comfortable about everything. This same happy, helpful, non-judgmental tone continued with every single person I interacted with there and I can't thank them enough! When I apologized for her having to deal with my gross situation, my hygienist, April, said "oh not at all, we live for this type of thing!" and that was genuinely the attitude I felt from every member of the team. For obvious reasons, I went in there embarrassed about my situation. By the end, my teeth are cleaner, whiter and healthier than they've been since I was in my early teens and I actually look forward to my cleaning appointments. Something I never thought I'd say. This isn't a paid review, I'm just so happy and grateful for everything April and the rest of the team team at Citizen have done to help me get back on track. Thank you!

She is an incredible dental hygienist who gently tends to your teeth. April took her time cleaning my teeth and was able to explain in detail some concerns regarding my gums. The process was smooth, painless and I felt like I was really looked after. I’ll definitely be returning to this clinic for more cleaning! Thank you for being awesome, April.

I’m usually quite fearful of going to the dentist as I’ve had barely any gums since I was young, and I usually walk out of a cleaning in extreme pain. My experience at Citizen was completely the opposite. My dental hygienist Elizabet was the sweetest person on the planet, and was incredibly gentle. She also kept checking in on my pain levels often to make sure I was comfortable, and left me with a glowing smile I have never experienced before. What an incredible place! Bonus that teeth whitening services are included free with your regular cleaning service! Will definitely be coming back!
