When I first visited this office, the hygienist was great. After about 6 months, she was no longer there and a new hygienist replaced her. I wasn't very happy with the new hygienist so I was already starting to think about finding a new clinic.
What sent me over the edge was when I was offered a service that I wasn't even qualified for. I was told by Dr. Okoye that there was a new method for braces which would take half the time conventional braces would take and would be more economical. However, he said I needed to remove all of my wisdom teeth to make room in my mouth. Although none of my wisdom teeth had erupted, I decided to proceed with the procedure to remove them all so that I could get the braces. After the procedure, Dr. Okoye told me that I was actually not a good candidate for these new method braces because my mouth was too small. I was livid. He made no apologies and acknowledgement of the mistake he made. I had oral surgery for no reason.
After reading some of these reviews though, I'm grateful I didn't get braces from him. I'm also glad I chose to be awake during the removal of my wisdom teeth.
Needless to say, I don't recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have severe dental-phobia and had to have all my teeth pulled and get dentures. As you might expect I was terrified but Dr. John assured me the procedure would be quite painless and stress free with the use of conscious sedation. He was spot on, I had 22 teeth extracted and barely knew what was happening. After surgery was great, Dr. John called me personally the next day to make sure I was okay, the whole procedure was so awesome compared to the nightmare I had envisioned. Miralta is awesome, staff are wonderful, empathetic and rates are affordable which is important to me as I had no dental plan to cover the costs. I highly recommend Miralta for all dental needs, you won't be disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I would like to say as an individual I do NOT like the dentist as I had previous experiences with terrible outcomes that led to chronic pain in my jaw at 24 years old. My previous dentist did my wisdom teeth removal and I had a severe infection afterwards and since then I have been left with a worsening jaw problems. He never took the time to assess me and just told me to go get jaw massages...Dr O and his staff have been wonderful!!! From the first meeting, not overcharging patients for cleanings, responsible prices for fillings (as my coverage isn’t the best), and he assessed my jaw and referred me to a specialist. As someone who also works in a medical clinic, I cannot say enough great things about them. Thank you for making the dentist less scary for me :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is no longer what it used to be. I am sure, the dentist there now is a new graduate who is still learning. Unfortunately, she lacks empathy and comes across very pompous. Has no idea how to deal with insurance companies and spends hours doing basic dental procedures. Most disappointing is that she will start treatment without the basic investigations like x-rays, even when this is absolutely necessary and when insurance companies require same for payment. She almost made us pay out of pocket thousands of dollars because of incompetency. I think with time, she will get better, but I am out with my family and NOT RECOMMENDED

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best dental service office. Dr. Okoye, took his time to explain treatment plans for my two daughter's orthodontic needs. The treatment time frame though long went above and beyond our expectations. Though my insurance did not cover the full cost of the teartment, I did not feel pressured to make out of pocket payments. The after care as well as regular dental check ups is exceptional. This starts from the moment you walk into this small dental office but full of big hearts and smiles. I highly recommend Dr. Okoye and his amazing team for all your dental needs.

The treatments I have received from Miralta Dental Care have thoroughly improved my confidence, comfort and overall health. The team here truly cares for their patients. Procedures that I have had completed were not only comfortable, the results have been beautiful! The best interests of the patient are at the heart of their services. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to see Dr. John and his team for over 10 years and I absolutely love the great work and friendly atmosphere. They have always done a great job and i've never had any issues with them direct billing my insurance company. They take care of it all. I"m especially impressed at the care taken when tooling around in my mouth. I had a phobia when it comes to dentists however the care i receive from Dr John and his team has always been such a gentle fun experience. Absolutely recommend them and looking at some of the bad reviews i really don't understand where they are coming from because for over 10 years they've been really great every single time.
