★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great dental office. All the staff is very friendly and helpful! The dentists are great at what they do would highly recommend their expertise to anyone. They have incredible skills when it comes to general dentistry as well as much experience with oral surgery and take pride in what they do. They are always willing to help and look out for the patients best interest. Five star rating for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Midtown dental is easily the best dentist I've visited, both here in Canada or from within the UK. The staff care, I mean they actually care about you as a person and your dental health. They treat you with warmth and respect and give you their time while on site, I feel like they genuinely want you to leave in a better mood than when you arrive which can be difficult when visiting a dentist. The work they have carried out and advice they have given has always been with my best interests at heart! They are not pushy or stubborn, rather the opposite, they are understanding that things crop up and are flexible with scheduling in work and visits. What I enjoy most is that for me I feel like I have made friends with the team, we chat about life and I leave feeling warm and uplifted. Great team, great location and great environment for keeping my dental health at its best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with DR Vic has been amazing. He set out a treatment plan for me and has exceeded my expectations. One part of my treatment plan was to fix one of my front teeth which had been blackened from a root-canal I had done years ago from a different dentist.previous dentists told me the only was to get it back to life was by putting on a veneer on. Dr Vic was able use a bleach on the tooth bringing it back to life and saving me a lot of money by not getting the veneer.
The staff are lovely to deal with and super friendly.
I would definitely recommend this clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you decide to become their customer, be sure to look at their rates and confirm the level of work needed for each appointment. I have full coverage for dental however the way this office invoices benefit providers, their basic work, is not considered basic. It’s been a year since I last went to this clinic and my credit card just got charged for a cost that was still being disputed with this clinic. I will never go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend looking elsewhere, as there are many other qualified dental establishments in Calgary.
The dental assistant took down incorrect notes (tooth numbers and required procedures were incorrect and had to be clarified with the dentist multiple times), my 1.5 hour appointment ended up being 3 hours, the charges were submitted to my spouse's plan first, rather than my primary plan, so all coverage was denied, and then all charges had to be withdrawn and resubmitted correctly. I had asked for a pre-determination to ensure any procedures would be covered, in which they said this was done and reassured me that I had 100% coverage between my two benefit plans - but ended up charging my credit card because my benefits wouldn't cover all of their costs because they have higher rates than other offices.
