★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for botox and fillers and unfortunately they damaged my face now i have one cheek bigger than the other and the botox doesn't work at all, when I asked them to fix my filler they ask me to pay more than the first time and when I said that I shouldn't pay again they refused to do it, I am not satisfied with the treatment and the way they treated me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped in as a walk-in on my lunch hour and was taken care of very quickly! I've never been here before but I was signed in as a patient quickly and saw a doctor within 5 minutes. The doctor listened to my concerns and provided me with a prescription to ease my pain which was exactly what I wanted. I also used the pharmacy connected to this clinic and the man there, Emmanuel was very helpful! I didn't have my insurance info with me so he was able to call my pharmacy (which I couldn't go to due to distance and time crunch). He had my prescription ready within minutes and I was able to make it back to work with time to spare! Super awesome and efficient walk-in experience. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacist owner refused to allow me to pay for my prescriptions over the phone, even though -**I was instructed by the clinic staff and other pharmacist to use someone else’s credit card if possible, because they do not accept visa debit**
I am supposed to be self isolating for 10 days and cannot leave my house to go into the pharmacy myself.
His exact words were “well then you’d better figure something out.”
I now haven’t had my medication for 3 days, and likely will not be getting it.
Also the clinic will charge you $$ for just about anything they can.
Do NOT recommend.

He is a very very busy Doctor but that is only due to the fact that he is so thorough on making sure you are receiving the best of care and getting to the bottom of any ailments you are suffering from. If you let Doctor Robert as he goes by, know what your issues are, I can promise you he will do his very best to find out what is causing the problem. Select days he is in Chinook location so we plan our appointments around that but I am sure you could see him at his other location as well if needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having a hard time finding a walk in clinic because my regular clinic stopped taking walk ins. Dr. Aladi and her staff had me in and out and taken care of no problem. Doctor was a pleasure to talk to,I didn't feel rushed and almost no wait time. All round excellent experience.
