★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lost an hour of my time driving to this clinic to be told by receptionist that she double booked and I wouldn't be able to be seen for my scheduled consultation. Super disappointed, I understand ahe is new but that is irrelevant. You made and confirmed my appointment. I'll go to a regular dermatologist and skip the cosmetic skincare. Nothing can be done, will you give me my time back, or pay for my gas? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been meaning to review Derm Nurse for a while. So, let me begin by saying that I had a wonderful experience with Derm Nurse from the start. After speaking with Jane it was clear she understood what I should be using for my skin and recommended ZO SKINCARE which is by far the best skincare product out there. The products she recommended are perfect for my skin type and i have seen only positive changes to my skin. I also want to thank Jane for being so friendly with my 3 year old daughter and I. We both felt welcome in the clinic and it is also refreshing to see kindness during these tough times.

After just one visit Michelle has effectively fixed my problems, crushing my self conscious sadness like a bug on the ground. I am exceedingly grateful and will keep coming back forever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t say enough about both Michelle and Jane…. From the absolute cleanliness of this clinic, to the warm, friendly attitude the moment you walk in the door. Both of these ladies discuss educated and realistic approaches to help you achieve your goals. I swear, Michelle is an artist when it comes to any of her work! So much to learn when you talk with these ladies, and their Covid measures excel…. HIGHLY recommend…everyone needs their energy and a little “pick me up” these days!

I feel so many in the industry do not look at the individual's or clients unique beauty and over inject therefore making every one look the same. Michelle is an absolute perfectionist and is passionate about her practice, as it reflects in her care and precision ensuring her clients walk out of DermNurse feeling a new sense of confidence ready to put their best face forward. Michelle and her team at DermNurse are truly incredible. DermNurse is a gem of a boutique style clinic in YYC... 10/10 however google reviews only allow a 5/5 but Michelle and her DermNurse team get my standing ovation for excellence. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michelle is by far the most skilled aesthetic injector I have been to. She stays current with ongoing training in the latest advances in medical aesthetics. Michelle’s approach is both natural and very effective. While living in BC I flew back for her wonderful treatments and highly recommend her to anyone wanting to look and feel their best. Her daughter Jane is also blessed with an eye for beauty and does excellent micro blading. I love my eyebrows now!. Their prices are competitive and I trust them to help me to stave off the hands of time.

I will be forever grateful. Michelle was patient, kind, professional and heard all of my concerns. Michelle was incredible with my anxiety, which meant the world to me. DermNurse is a beautiful clinic and the relationship that I observed between her and her staff was so incredible. Michelle's knowledge, techniques and ability to clearly explain the process left Me feeling reassured and hopeful. I wish you could see pictures. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had a procedure done at DermNurse. First of all you walk in and you notice how absolutely stunning and CLEAN the clinic is! Secondly, the receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly! Thirdly… Michelle was absolutely AMAZING!!! She is so talented, I got exactly what I envisioned! She was so professional yet very warm and welcoming, she listened to me and explained everything at length. I’m so happy to have found this place!! I definitely recommend going.
