The process of making the wine is far easier and the quality is much better. Lori provides an excellent establishment and her knowledge will ensure you get the best quality of wine.

She corrected around 40 bottles of wine that were made at another winemaker place near the airport. She took the time to explain what needed to be done. The fact that she is a sommelier makes this place even better! We are so happy to be doing business there now!! Thank you!! Today we did our first bottling with Lori. So much fun and so quick and easy. Totally would recommend the Village Craft Winemaker to anyone who wants that great personal experience, plus the wine is great tasting!!

While Lori Dahlberg was friendly when I first met her, to start my first batch of beer a few months ago, she has personally offended me over time, more than once, and has been unapologetic for her behaviours, actions, and language; and fixed in her position on this matter. Unfortunately now, after reading the email messages Lori Dahlberg sent me yesterday, it has become clear that communication has broken down completely, and that I have exhausted all options and have no choice but to leave my honest review with hopes that Lori decides to resolve this matter promptly and fairly. When that happens, I will revise my review accordingly.

Lori is a treat to talk to, and an absolute gem. She is so very knowledgeable about everything, is always willing to help however she can and is never too busy for anyone or questions. I will not shop anywhere else. If you haven't been here, you are missing out! Best quality and customer service ever!

So easy to make at home you will be asking yourself “Why didnt I do this years ago?” Definitely worth dropping in to chat with the owner Laurie she is extremely knowledgeable and informative. Lori did an incredible job at all stages, including helping me choose my additives, and really knows her wine! I can't recommend them enough if you want to stock your cellar! One yield is about 30 bottles and I still haven't made it through my stock, eventually I will get around to making a red!
