“Over the years we have come several times to Jordans in Coquitlam to purchase area rugs and have always been very pleased with our purchases. That's why we return. Dec 2018 we came to your store to find a runner to spruce up our hardwood hallway. David helped Ranjit Sandhu go through the runners for us and we noticed his patience and knowledge. We are enjoying that runner immensely! We recently returned to your store looking for a solution to a stain caused by our son's spill on the stairwell's carpet landing. We were faced with replacing carpet on all the stairs, or finding a runner that would work. We dithered back and forth; bought/returned a runner, decided to alter a runner/cancelled that order, and eventually ordered two 3x5 carpets that we are absolutely delighted with... stain problem solved and several areas of our house have been uplifted at truly little cost considering the alternative. David throughout was delightful to deal with. His knowledge of carpets and his creative ideas were quite amazing. He was always patient and in good humour. Without us realizing it David gently guided us towards developing a continuity to our carpets that compliments our home more than we realized it would. We wish to congratulate a very fine staff, but we do think David went above and beyond.“

On the sales end I dealt with Gene who helped me select a replacement product, coordinated the entire operation and very clearly communicated the process throughout. His installer, Ha, did an exceptional job and went beyond what I would consider regular duties to accommodate the project. Everything that was promised was delivered and the final result was perfect. I would recommend their services to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly it was so amazing working with Jordans to get my carpet replaced with brand new Laminate flooring ! I really recommend you go in and speak to Gene at this Jordans location ! Gene and his installer Ryan made the entire experience very seamless and got everything done in less than 1 week! Gene was very informative, and told me about all the different options that were within my budget , and gave me amazing pricing compared to their competitors! Gene provided his recommendation on what would look best, and I went with it, and the final look looks amazing! Best part was, I didn’t have to remove my furniture, Ryan helped me move my furniture around so he could work around it! It was perfect! Thanks Jordans Team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not do business with these people or especially Gene Naidich. They will scam you. Gene attempted to extort $4500 from us. He demanded an "inconvenience fee" because he said he couldn't use his laundry room for a week at a vacation house (that he was not at) and said he'd write negative reviews if we didn't pay. His laundry room was being remediated by a professional remediation company (not his company). The home was sold to our actual customer who was very happy with the remediation job. He was looking for a way to cash in at our expense. Beware of this guy!
