"Our 13 year old house was in need of updating, and we chose Calgary Flooring Design to supply and install 4000 sqft of laminate and carpet flooring throughout all three floors. As we had chosen to live in the house during renovation, it was a significant challenge to coordinate the various trades to complete floors at different times. Not only did Charles and his amazing crew accommodate our challenging requests, they went far above and beyond what was called for. It was immediately apparent that the entire crew at CFD truly cared about our project, took pride in their work, and were committed to ensuring we were happy. A renovation can be an extremely stressful period in a family's life, so choosing the right people to work with is critical. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After shopping at 4 other flooring stores I purchased my carpet from Calgary flooring Designs and had them take care of the installation, the staff were incredibly helpful they all worked together. I got a great value for the price. The installation guys did an incredible job. He was very careful not to mark my newly painted walls. Stairs looked amazing as well. A truly family owned and operated business (YES!!)
Highly recommend this store and their installers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just called and asked some general questions I had about a flooring issue. Not with them but a general question. I was polite and kind and have worked in the customer service industry for years dealing with unwell customers. I have patience and kindness.
I vould'nt believe it, I just was asking a few questions about types of flooring you could fall on maybe. The guy handed me over to another guy and he was rude, shoved me off the phone and told me to not call back. I was totally quiet, polite and nice.
I had fallen in a condo after a flood and fall on new flooring installed by the landlord. I had never purchased flooring myself and was just wondering if Vinyl was slippery according to my friend a real estate agent had said.That was all.
Very rude and am a nice person. Just had a couple questions and shouldn't have been treated that way.
I never write review but I did today. Don't treat anyone like that!

Very knowledgable and if I cant find a product they go up and beyond to find me one and still stay in my budget. Lots of product to choose from and they were even able to help get leftover carpet made into rugs.

They have great collection in flooring & Sandy was able to source whatever we were looking for with really affordable pricing. The workmanship of the installers was commendable. Highly recommend these people as they know what is best for your house based on usage & living.
