The technician gave me regular updates as to what diagnostics he was performing and ultimately was able to solve the problem. He was very helpful and took initiative, and I felt reassured having my computer checked out by an expert.

Bought a new MSI laptop from them a few weeks ago, the process was easy and straight forward and the salesman was able to answer any questions and concerns I had about it. The laptop then went on sale recently and they honored their price match guarantee for me with no hassle whatsoever. Really great experience from these guys, I'm going to continue shopping with them for all electronic needs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shout out to Norm Laberge at Memory Express, who guided me through the process of designing a custom-build computer for my wife. He is very knowledgeable, did not upsell/oversell, and we ended up with a great computer at a good price point. And, it was ready for pickup earlier than promised! I have been a Memory Express customer for many years; they have never disappointed me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a warranty on my motherboard a few years ago and was 99% sure it was dead, so I took it in to get it tested and replaced. They tested it and told me it was running fine; I felt bad that they had to take it through the testing process to find out nothing was wrong with it, but staff were very friendly about it. I’ve always gotten a good vibe from staff here and for someone like myself who is a bit intimidated by tech that’s a great thing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has the worst customer service out of any computer store that anyone will ever go to. Please do not come here if you value your sanity. The guys here are nothing but self important A-holes and they don't care about what you want, only about what they can sell and get rid of in their inventory.
They are utterly beneath contempt here and this place should be avoided and instead buy your stuff online @ Amazon like I did. You'll actually save money by going to Amazon instead and you won't walk away angry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude/unprofessional and discriminating staffs!! Spent almost 2k and get the worst experience in my life! Sales person who helped me was looking down on me because I’m not familiar with computer knowledge. He wasn’t patient enough to explain nor answering questions and needs. He didn’t want to bring out the GPU that I requested. The lady in customer service was a nightmare, impatient and rude!!!!! But she was very patient to explain everything with a big smile to Caucasian customers! The management team should get training again to train their staffs how to work in a service industry! This is not acceptable !! I will NEVER come back AGAIN even this is the only memory express in Canada!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just an amazing store. I shop here often, and I have never had a bad experience. Nicholas was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Even though the store was about to close in 45 minutes, he built me an entire system within my budget with no complaints. Not to mention they had every part in stock including GPUs (which are impossible to find for retail price). If you are looking to buy anything technology-related in Calgary, this is the place to go.
