The in store staff, I forgot his name sorry, was great help in finding a nice carpet in our budget and our installer Ahmet was the best! Super kind and friendly and great service! Ahmet took time to explain when an issue popped up with our stairs due to a previous owner doing some weird stuff and was disappointed he couldn't install the carpet to his normal standard. He did what he could to work around the issue and it's worked out great so far. ?????

I purchased a house and was planning on doing laminate throughout, circumstances changed and decided to have carpet installed instead, with being between houses we needed the carpet done ASAP. Alex helped us pick out our carpet and was able to get us booked in the same week. The installer Tyler came to do measurements and knew we wanted this done ASAP so our house could be livable. He made his schedule work to come install the carpet two days earlier than scheduled which helped us out so much! Tyler did an absolutely amazing job on the install, the carpet is gorgeous and we couldn’t be happier with our all around experience!

So glad we did? Highly recommend!! Tahsin our carpet installer was awesome!! On time, excellent job and very competent. Our carpet was installed beautifully and workmanship is the best. So very impressed. 10/10!!!!
B	Bryan Birn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to rate End of the Roll as good, but unfortunately, I can't. The price was fantastic. The service in-store was good. The installer damaged my baseboards, left huge gaps between the flooring and the baseboards, and left my place saying "we don't do baseboards, and I don't paint". As far as I'm concerned, they left the job unfinished. This is on top of the problems they encountered after removing my carpet, which cost me an additional $300. The transition between tiles in my hallway and the new flooring also is incorrect with a large space between the floor and the transition. I understand if they don't do baseboards, but when they did an on site visit before the installation, they should have pointed out that I would need to hire ANOTHER contractor to do this job. Now I am left with a mess that I have to hire another contractor for in order to resolve. I'm definitely unhappy with this... But... The price was good. Be aware if you hire them, you may have a mess to clean up at your own expense. If I had to do this again, I'd go to another business that would finish the job.
