★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just visiting this comsoprof to get some new clippers. My bf and I went behind the counter to look better at the options as you cannot really look at them close in front of the counter. The manager behind the counter (short blonde hair) ran up to us and said "what makes you think you have the right to go behind the counter, would you do that at walmart?!" and yelled at us and called us unbelieveable. She was so rude about it. She literally began arguing with us about how she was right. Sad to see because this is a industry of customer service.

seem to go through staff left right and center
seems to be poorly managed when staff don't seem too enjoy their job thereof not keeping staff
I don't even know who the manager is these days
the few staff I do see on a regular basis, kudos to you, you keep this place running

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a Olivia Garden shear set here before COVID19. Were not working well. So i waited to return them when i went back to work. Just to find out that the manager wouldn't do nothing for me since my warranty was only 60 days. Just to show you the service be careful on buying scissors there . Even when we are under bad circumstances. I was not even given a address to send them back.
